費爾班克斯凱悦嘉軒酒店(Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fairbanks)

The place looks like it has been renovated recently and overall looks great. The biggest problem we had was the temperature in the room. It was over 80 degrees and would not go down. The thermostat was set at 60, the air was blowing by the window but it did not get any cooler. Sleeping did not happen very much in that. I also couldn’t find ice on the 3rd floor, even looked at the map by the elevators and didn’t see an “I”. The pool was nice enough but I was bummed there was no hot tub. The breakfast was pretty good, my kids loved the doughnut holes.

Decided to clean myself once I had food and settle for the night. The water was ice cold and only warmed slightly after that. Add to that the person in the room above me was completely audible, I heard everything. That aside the room is clean and the bed soft. I did have to turn up the heat as there were no extra blankets.

Our fridge wasn’t working. Pool was out of order- this was not advertised on line during booking or disclosed at check in. Our floor in our room had garbage on it and under the edges of the couch. The bathroom floor has toilet paper at the foot of the vanity. Pull out couch had used linens on it- there was hair on them and it had clearly been slept on. A positive note: the darkening blinds made it easy to sleep. It just wasn’t a great stay.

We had a room at the end of the hall on the top floor. We thought it would be nice and quiet, but it was anything but that! The noise was made worse by the adjoining room (not part of our party) and the lack of sound barrier between.

I am highly disappointed that I paid $400 a night to not have clean towels daily and to have to ask for toilet paper. The deadline attendant was not friendly at all. The fitness center was b ing rehabbed and pool was being rehabbed and not available. Big disappointment for sure. The only good thing was the breakfast

Pure luxury!! Best spot in town….two minutes from shopping options. Best trained staff, Made me feel comfortable and very welcomed.

Check in dinner starts at 5:00, cook finally showed up at 6:30 while bartender if you call him that told everyone a different time and excuse, bartender not once asked if I wanted more water or another beer and only one other person at bar, 2nd day asked for towels in the morning, and when I returned late from work no towels, at $800.00 for 3 nights and zero room cleaning or service never again
