The employees were very kind and helpful, even though we arrived late and needed a crib a toothbrush on separate requests. Customer service was much appreciated! Happy Holidays.

More non dairy Plant based foods Ie. oat milk, soy, almond milk for cereal and coffee Potatoes

The problem with our stay was our door to our room would not lock. We didn't realize this, until the following morning, but our key card was unnecessary. You could simply open the door to our room. Yes, we used the two lock system the night before, but we all know how those can easily be bypassed. An oversight like this breaks rule number one in safety and security when staying in any hotel. We brought it to the attention of the front desk upon check out, but the response was very disappointing. "We will look into it". We will not be staying here again.

Under construction. No pool or fitness center. It will be nice when it’s done.

The employees were so nice and helpful! The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was really good.

Everything was great up till the last day when my husband got stuck in the elevator. Almost 30 minutes and the fire department had to come get them out.

Beautiful Rooms,5 star breakfast,the only issue ive had is the renovation noise and the lack of the TV Guide channel!!!!!!!

The room was beautiful. Very clean. My only complaint is that there is no thermostat or auto fan on the heating/cooling unit. This meant that the fan runs constantly, you can’t set a temperature. You just have to guess at everything.

This hotel is being renovated and was new and clean and smelled great. I would definitely stay again.
