波特蘭機場希洛酒店(Shilo Inn Portland Airport)

The hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The room was a suite and it was comfortable and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I would have liked was an extra blanket. There was only a light blanket covered with a sheet. I don't like to sleep with the heat on. The breakfast was excellent, but the young woman who waited on us obviously didn't like her job. She never offered me water, or coffee or tea, she just disappeared with my order. I never saw her again. The dining area only had a few customers, but the room was VERY cold. It was only a small portion of time spent there, but seemed important to mention.

Suite rooms were a great size. Appreciated the kitchenette. Unfortunately, one of the queen beds sheets looked like it was dirty/stained with something yellow like mustard. Then, around 12:45pm, the room above us alarm clock started going off and wouldn't shut off. Much of the room features are antiquated and the alarm clocks are manual shut off only. The night staff was great in offering to move us from room 352 to 311, but we weren't told our new room didn’t have two queens, but one king (I was traveling with my brother, so we weren't thrilled to be sharing a bed, and it was going on 1:30am at this point.), and that it had been a smoking room at some point and smelled awful. I wake up several times before my 8am wake up due to smelling it. The included breakfast was ok, but didn't include any juice or coffee and the breakfast menu options were very strickly adhered to in the restaurant. No substitutions whatsoever. Still not sure why I can't swap out toast for a biscuit. Overheard another hotel guest ask for some cheese on their eggs and they were told no. Pro's were overall cleanliness, great room sizes, nice front desk receptionists, and the fact we did get some food to start us out for the day.

This aging hotel with its 1980s decor is in bad need of a remodel. The rooms are spacious and acceptably clean, but the first room I got had a leak at the base of the faucet that was spilling water slowly all over the countertop. All the lights were on in the room when I checked in, indicating that somebody had already entered and rejected the room. The second room they gave me was nicer, but still very outdated. The hallway carpet is old and not very clean. And the pool closes quite early for an airport hotel. I won't be checking in at this Shilo Inn again.

Gave us the wrong room key. Then the next keys wouldn’t work for the right room. Went downstairs 3 times to get our room. Went to plug in phone behind nightstand and it was gross. They are probably short staffed. Regardless, we are done with Shilo Inn.

The property is older but has comfortable rooms. The free breakfast was not interesting to me because I did not want to wait a long time to be served at a sit down breakfast. I just wanted to have coffee and a piece of fruit.

My only complaint was the bathroom garbage in the room was not dumped. The service was very good and the rooms are great. The bartender in the restaurant/lounge was super funny and friendly.

Customer service was outstanding! Our shuttle driver went beyond his normal duties. Amazing!

The room that I got was very nice size. The bed was comfortable. The couch in the room was a bit out dated. I was super bummed when I found out the Spa tub and pool were out of service due to repairs.

The people at the front desk we awesome! I'm not a fan of staying at motels, but this motel has nice large rooms, comfortable beds and was really quiet!
