I dont kno if it wascthe app or the hotel jut it was 1pm three hrs before check in i tried to cancel and it wouldnt let me . The hotel didnt look as pictured. Not satisfied

I’m staying for 3 days no body make My room even change towel. Double lock in door they never fix.

Dirty, house flies, I had more different types of hair on all the towels. Ac down really work.

Homeless people on the street around and into property. No on site security. Property like a rooming house or half way dwelling.

A two night stay. The outside is like a low income residential living. People outside like they all know each other. The afternoon receptionist was not listening and just kept saying that there was no available rooms when I had a reservation. The lobby smelled like a person bad sweat. The room looked clean, but I walked from the bathroom to the bed and my feet’s were already black because of the dirtiness. Was not able to sleep well because of other rooms that were loud, and like I said before it looked like they knew each other. And the worst part was that there was men at night asking if he could sleep in the room if he paid to us $50 for 2 days in a row. My experience. Not the same at all from the last time in 2009. Everything need to renewed and clean.

No room was available at check in time. Went to Days Inn and paid more but was able to check in immediately

Terrible experience. I arrived after midnight and they would not let me check into my room. They said that after a certain time all reservations were voided, so essentially I paid for a room I was never able to use. I demand and deserve a full refund. I would NEVER recommend this hotel.

It was one of the smoothest check-ins ever. Clean comfortable, really nice room.
