Avoid Fajardo Inn! They are overpriced, and they also charge a resort fee. They failed on all the aspects. There are a few things valuable for a traveler: Comfort, facilities (like wi-fi), location, housekeeping. Fajardo Inn failed at all of these parameters. They have an outhouse which is separated from the main building. This part of the hotel gets no housekeeping. Also the Wi-Fi does not reach the room. The mattresses are sinking in the center and gave us a back ache. Why on earth should someone pay more than $200 to stay in this shi**y hotel and get this level of service. I called the front desk to report that the room was not serviced. The staff told us ”don't worry sir, we'll let the manager know”. The focus is not on addressing the problem but on just logging it for the records. I had to go and get fresh towels each time from the front desk in the middle of the night. They spoiled our vacation. We are never staying here again. Now as I am posting this, the other reviews are saying the same. Don't make the mistake we did.
