法雅爾多旅館(Fajardo Inn)

We would definitely stay aty Fajardo Inn again! The facility was great and staff very friendly. Hoever, worth mentioning, if you stay outside of high season, the swim up and pool bar will be closed. Also, you aren't able to enter the property before checking in (4PM) luckily we were able to get an early checkin, but originally the security guard wouldn't even let us on to property to speak to front desk about early check in.

Ficamos por 2 noites com o objetivo de visitar a ilha de Culebra. A localização é boa, fica a 20 min de carro aproximadamente do porto onde sai a balsa. A instalação é limpa e organizada. A piscina tem tamanho razoável porém não tem bar ou outra instalação para tornar o mergulho agradável. O hotel serviu o propósito de ser um lugar confortável e limpo para dormir mas não é um lugar para ficar e relaxar. Staff muito simpático e solicito.

Avoid Fajardo Inn! They are overpriced, and they also charge a resort fee. They failed on all the aspects. There are a few things valuable for a traveler: Comfort, facilities (like wi-fi), location, housekeeping. Fajardo Inn failed at all of these parameters. They have an outhouse which is separated from the main building. This part of the hotel gets no housekeeping. Also the Wi-Fi does not reach the room. The mattresses are sinking in the center and gave us a back ache. Why on earth should someone pay more than $200 to stay in this shi**y hotel and get this level of service. I called the front desk to report that the room was not serviced. The staff told us "don't worry sir, we'll let the manager know". The focus is not on addressing the problem but on just logging it for the records. I had to go and get fresh towels each time from the front desk in the middle of the night. They spoiled our vacation. We are never staying here again. Now as I am posting this, the other reviews are saying the same. Don't make the mistake we did.

My family stayed at Fajardo Inn, mainly because it was very convenient to our catamaran tour the next morning. However, we were pleasantly surprised by this inn! The room was great - clean and comfortable! The amenities were wonderful - huge pool with tropical landscaping and free arcade, which our kids loved! Will stay again on future visits.

Great swimming pools!! Very nice place to stay. Close to marinas for tours to other islands. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. Feels like you have the place to your self and it's very safe. Would be a great place for kids with a play ground tennis courts and shallow pools

Very good resort with phenomenal swimming pool(s) and gym, really excellent. Many facilities (tennis court, mini golf etc). Rooms, shower and bed are very comfortable as well. The only sad part is they don’t serve breakfast during weekdays, but we were served very nice at the reception

Very clean facility. Friendly staff. They have great security. Beautiful landscaping. We loved our stay. If ever back in PR we will stay here again in a heartbeat! Lots of room options, balconies with a view of ocean/mountains!!!!!!!!!!!

We booked 3 nights, for almost 200$ each. Aside from the pool, the hotel offered no service. Starting with the room: outdated, no soap in the bathroom, and very loud disfunctioning AC (basically we couldn’t sleep because of the noise, it was like having a truck in the room). Then the location is really in the middle of nowhere: there is literally nothing to do in that area. With that, you’d think the hotel would have some service offering. None ! We asked for the AC to be fixed : it wasn’t fixed (we were told they are old and it’s normal they make that much noise).The restaurant in the hotel opens at 11am, and closes at 7pm, so it can basically offer lunch, which is probably the one meal you would eat outside if you were visiting the region. So the restaurant was useless. We had to pay for ice!!! We asked if the hotel had some partners for activities around, they told us they don’t know and gave us a list of phone numbers we needed to call ourselves with no information on the activities. They refused to call a taxi for us, and gave us phone numbers, again. On our last day, we asked them if we could leave our luggage and come pick them up at 2, they said they don’t do that, we had to insist for them to accept! We couldn’t believe that such a simple and common request would be rejected in a hotel nowadays. Just avoid this hotel, mirror screens and no service whatsoever.

This hotel is beautiful & clean. I stayed with my family for 5 days, the rooms were spacious. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The pool was the best, the water was warm & it’s big. They are close to great bakeries and other food places. Overall we really enjoyed our stay & would stay again. It was also great to be away from the busy San Juan area but close enough to get there if we wanted to.
