中途路過住了一晚，服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔，早餐是單點的蘇格蘭全早很地道。距離小鎮的超市不算遠，環境很安靜。

The hotel is mostly what you’d expect from a Premier Inn and the staff were lovely but the room was excruciatingly hot. A fan had been put in the room but with only warm air to blow around it did very little. All four of us slept on top of the covers for two nights and this known problem apparently applies to all family rooms so we couldn’t be moved to another part of the hotel. Even walking into the corridor from the room is like changing climates entirely, it’s ridiculous. I dread to think what it would be like on a really hot summers day!

In need of a little tlc , pub next door closing down as whitehead are selling off it’s restaurants struggled to get a meal Staff were friendly but not a place I would stay again It’s not in the greatest location so a little stuffed if you want something to eat and you don’t have a car That said staff at the restaurant were very friendly and slotted me in

Why no restaurant or bar at night, 125 a night is way over just for a room, with no facility other than open for breakfast with minimal staff, going downhill rapidly stayed here 30+ times always been good, sort it out premier inn or close it or reduce to room only with no facility

I went solo to this… peculiar hotel. Upon entering I was given my room key. I was then robbed of my room key by two masked men in nightgowns. They robbed me of my room key and ran off. Thieving rascals. I then had to kick in my door to get in only to discover that my room was flooded! SOMEONE LEFT THE TAP ON. It was like the mariner centre. I tried to swim through only to have both of my legs stuck. I then had to call reception who did nothing to help apart from giving me 2 towels. Never coming back.

Standard Premier Inn Comfy bed Good shower above bath WiFi still is an issue in these places, We should be getting it free!. NOT only for 30 minutes! Brewers Fayre next door was great! One of the barmaids much better at her job and one of the waiting staff too, l both of these girls got a decent tip!

After reading some of the reviews I was bit apprehensive! No need!Booked a twin room for 2 nights with breakfast , it had double bed and single bed and it was all spotless. Both beds very comfortable. Weather was cold heating in room was easily controlled. Check in was swift and staff friendly. Breakfast was in pub next door. Again staff friendly and something for everyone to eat at breakfast also there wasn't lots of hot food left siting but small batches cooked fresh.. Sadly the pub is only open for guests of the hotel for their breakfasts and then for drinks only until approx 9pm. No other meals available but the hotel had made us aware of this before we travelled. Certianly would stay again if ever in the area

Our first impressions of the Inn were positive when we were welcomed by a very friendly, professional and cheerful person on reception called Charles. His attitude was indicative of that of all the staff that we encountered - what a friendly and welcoming bunch of people. Nothing was too much trouble and we were left with the impression that we only had to ask if we needed anything. We had a room at the rear of the hotel on the first floor. The window does open and we had plenty of fresh air if we wanted. The room was clean and comfortable and well appointed for the price that we were paying. We were told in our pre-arrival material that our room would not be serviced during our stay unless we asked. I am happy with that and when we asked for clean towels on the third morning, the staff went beyond that and gave the room full service; as I said above - just ask. It was disappointing to find out that the pub next door was closed but we were told before we arrived and were able to make alternative arrangements. Breakfast was excellent value. A full cooked breakfast with good quality products was available. If you wanted anything that was not on display - such as poached eggs - you only had to ask and the lovely staff would deliver for you. The continental breakfast choice was also very good. Overall excellent value for money. I understand that the pub next door has been closed for evening meals as part of Whitbread (I think) national strategy. A great pity that they have felt the need to do that because these Inns really benefit from the full package. The inability to take an evening meal at the next door pub detracts from the overall experience.

Room was very damp smelling and warm thro night even with windows open fan provided but not much better

Stayed just one night for a work trip. Arrived to find adjoining restaurant closed and being given a list of local places to eat or told to order from just eat! Not ideal after a long drive in a hotel room with no crockery/cutlery it was seemingly going to be a takeaway. Luckily I drive so could go out but if you don’t you’re going to be limited. As most have commented temp in the room cannot be altered and it is hot, even with a fan in the room! Bathroom smelt mouldy. Breakfast was poor, overheated under warmers so I won’t bother with this next time either. Have a feeling this premier inn will be closing down sooner Staff on reception were polite however desk was unmanned upon leaving.

Awful experience Arrived on Monday after a 13 hour day at work and traveling to find you could not get a evening meal The beds are comfortable team and coffee making facilities , having not stayed in a premier inn for work before I didn’t realise the rooms were not serviced daily Having to get takeaway 2 nights as i didn’t want to leave again to eat , the waste accumulated in my room and I was offered a used plastic bag to remove these my self . Not good enough when your paying fulll rate for facilities advertised which weren’t provided .

Very welcoming environment, lovely friendly staff, would definitely stay again. The room was lovely and clean, we had cooked breakfast as well, there was plenty to choose from, and it was also lovely.

Not to the normal premier inn standards. Booked 3 rooms in total 1 very smelly, 1 could not turn heating off hotel is very ran down. Advertised as with a pub however that has been closed due to an issue also….

The heating was broken and the restaurant was closed for evening food. I had to send my too small children 5 and 3month to their grandparents house because they could sleep in the heat and when asked at reception they said that was just the temperature of the building but the thermostat wouldn't turn on. The restaurant only served breakfast so had to find alternative places to eat and when you need to think about a child to feed aswell this was difficult. The staff however was amazing they were friendly and always welcoming and did try to help us by providing another fan for the room (though this didn't do much to help which isn't their fault) Overall I won't be staying again.
