A little tired and outdated, restaurant staff excellent but not enough of them

非常棒的體驗。工作人員讓我們度過了一段美好的時光。謝謝你！食物很棒。建築周圍有一點破舊和被忽視。沒關係。我們一定會回去！

Nous avons bien aimé le personnel très attentif,la navette pour aller à l'aéroport,le bain tourbillon mais si pas de voiture difficile à trouver un petit magasin à côté surtout si on arrive le lundi ou il y a pas de restauration dispo à l'hôtel,le restaurant est bon sinon je trouve les petits déjeuners coûteux .

我們的房間有按摩浴缸。工作人員很棒，非常漂亮，肯定會回來或可能再住一晚。

Make sure to get your deposit back when you check out! Me and my husband were there on a business trip and didnt ask for it back. When i inquired about it two months later I was told we got it back. I explained that the charges were still on my credit card at which time I was informed the bed frame fell off the wall so we had to pay for it! I wanted pictures and was sent pictures of a different room. I have been ignored by management ever since! As for the room, it was dated, constantly had to ask for toilet paper but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and were planning a trip back until the deposit incident.

For my first time at your hotel I am very impressed with the property and the staff were beyond awesome

This is a beautiful hotel, clean with stunning rooms and a wonderful view of the lake. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There is no elevator and staff was quick to help with luggage. Great restaurant too. We would be happy to stay here again.

I had a great time, staff were kind and extremely friendly and helpful, amazing people.

Fantastic place to stay that allows you to be close to Halifax without having to stay in the city.
