Do Not stay here. When we checked in the lobby was hot, no a/c. I asked the lady at front desk if I could check in early, she said she was eating & to come back later. The lobby smells. Our toilet wouldn't flush. Bathroom was filthy, I had to clean it with dawn & a wash cloth before even putting my kids in the bath. Beds had stains on them huge blood stains. The covers had a cigarette hole. Hair dryer didn't work. I asked for another one, then sent it to me & then came back an hour later saying they needed it back. The property does NOT look like the pictures online at all. There is only 1 ice machine by the pool full of rust & doesn't even work. Jacuzzi was not hot not even warm. The lounge chairs didn't have any cushions, hanging electrical cords by the pool. Dirty curtains, stains on the walls in room. A homeless lady kept knocking on our door. Called the front desk & they were ok with it. The "free ". Breakfast was not like the pictures online. The lobby is hot & all they had was cereal, milk & some waffle mix. Nothing like what was advertised. Sketchy people staying there. The store next door told us lots of police activity there at the hotel & to be careful for bed bugs. I didn't even let my kids sleep under the blankets. We didn't unpack because it was so dirty. I have tons of pictures to prove it. This place needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. No pool towels. Hotel towels were stained & looked like carwash towels. It was horrible.

The room was disgusting it seemed like someone had been living there for months and died!!! The mini refrigerator had a loud sound.. the whole establishment was dirty old and rundown.. everything was everywhere like people live there.. never again!!! Did even stay the night

My stay was canceled a few hours before check in found this unprofessional, inconvenient, and was not given a comparable stay. Had to search myself for a new location and ended up in a very questionable place.

The room was a bit sketchy but at least it was clean. The breakfast provided was as mini.al as it gets - only choice was to make your own waffle. They had a big pit of coffee but was cold.

Our stay was awful. No fitted sheet on the mattress (just two flat sheets, a quilt and a mattress pad). There was something brown that looked and smelled like vomit crusted to the mattress pad. The new pad they gave us was too small (still no sheet). Had it not been so late at night we would have left immediately and stayed elsewhere. I’m still waiting to hear back about a refund.

As a 36 year owner of a janitorial service, we were ok with the condition of the facility's considering the Cost of the room. However, our main problem was with the lack of Hot Water in the shower, which could only be classified as TEPID at best.

The most disgusting lodging I’ve ever seen. Stayed less than an hour, tried taking my kids to the hot tub, but it was broken… much like the rest of the facility. Paint in the room was peeling off the walls. No blankets on the beds, shady people wandering around, dirty floors and bathroom, and family didn’t feel safe. When we left, I asked for a refund, and the front desk told me there was a “5 minute rule” I had to follow to get my money back. Can’t believe this is a franchise that is allowed to operate.

Absolutely dirty. My children walked on the floor barefoot for 5 minutes and their feet were black. Needed to wear shoes the whole time we were in the room. Horrible smell, needed to wash everything we brought with us.

Facility is very worn. Needs a complete remodel. Staff was very good.
