廣場酒店(Inn on the Square)

Room was as described and the pool area was nice. We were told at check in that fire pit area closed at 9PM and the pool closed at 10PM. At 10:30 PM a group of drunk guests gathered at the fire pit and were extremely loud. Then that group gathered in the hallway from around 11:30 PM to 1:30 AM. The phone in our room was not working so we couldn't call the front desk. When I went down there, nobody was working. Where this group gathered was less than 30 feet from the front desk. Very disappointing that management would allow such behavior in a hotel that is listed as good for families. The walls are also paper thin and the room next us had the TV so loud I had to go next door at midnight and ask them to turn it down. For the price we paid, we should expect at the very least, a decent night sleep. And this off season. Can't imagine what peak season is like

The sink didn't drain, the frigerator had black mold, the bathroom door didn't close properly, the light over the bathroom sink didn't work at all, the floor of the bathtub was very slippery Because we booked on ********** I think they gave us their worst room and they said they could not give us a discount because we booked on a non-hotel site.

Well, there were 4 women in ou group. I made reservations for 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds in each room. I put in a request that the 2 bedrooms be on the first floor because a few of us mobility issues to to age. I also asked if there were adjoining rooms in the hotel. It was stated that there were no adjoining rooms. So I asked that 2 rooms be next to each other. The 2 requests were documented. We arrived in Falmouth at 11:00 a.m. Although check-in time is 4:00, they allowed us to check in one of the rooms(108) and 107 was in the process of being cleaned. We were told that 107 had a jacuzzi. We could check into 107 later in the day. So everything was going ok. We went to lunch in Falmouth center and did some shopping. We received a phone from front desk employee wondering if we planned to check-in soon. We said that we would be back to the hotel by 4:30 and they said ok. We returned to the hotel at about 4:45. Well, we all 4 of us went the front desk to complete the check-in for room 107. Not only weren’t my 2 friends assigned to room 107 (with the jacuzzi), They we assigned to a room on the total opposite end of the building. We could not have been further apart. Did I mention that a few of us have mobility issues. This was a totally disappointing inconvenience. Thank heavens we were only staying one night. The hotel was not full! We believe that room 107 which was promised to us, was given to other guests. We are not new to this hotel.

Our room was upgraded to a suite and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Walking distance (0.5 mile) to the dining and shopping area

Jacuzzi tub jets pushed out lots of black flakes. No room cleaning on some nights. Bed was comfortable. Large room.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room we were in had a broken heater fan that made a very loud noise (off and on) throughout the night, which kept us awake for many hours.

Very quiet, spacious, wonderful beds- slept like a baby and very clean! Desks clerks were friendly and accommodating! Will return in the spring/ summer! Thanks!

Traveling for Christmas holiday and arrived early and we we able to check in early which my husband really appreciated. The Inn was one of the best places we’ve stayed at and would highly recommend it. It is walkable to the downtown shops and the breakfast place right next door(Percy’s) was excellent. All in all a great experience all around.

Amenity fee for what?? Ants in the bathroom is an amenity??? Never again will I stay here. It has gone downhill and now AMENITY FEES FOR absolutely NOTHING!!!
