The room was not heated, the stairs were narrow and steep ( dangerous when carrying suitcases. The heating was turned on when I requested but turned off later, it was then off in the morning and the room was freezing. It was so bad we checked out, we paid £400.00 for one very cold night, we were so cold we left before breakfast in order to warm up in the car going home.

Short break in a tidy, clean hotel. Comfortable room with sea view and super king sized bed. Comprehensive choice of breakfast; continental or full English was very good quality. Attentive, friendly staff made the our stay very enjoyable. Excellent in every way! Would certainly recommend.

Lovely area close to beach! Staff very pleasant! Cooked breakfast arrived too swiftly-not enough time for a cereal! Shower needed re grouting!! Enjoyed our stay

酒店的位置是選擇阿納卡普里酒店的最重要原因，因為它就在美麗的海灘對面。我們為海景多付了一點錢，這是非常值得的。早餐很好，不緊不慢，工作人員很細心。房間裡沒有冰箱，但你可以自己喝茶、咖啡、餅乾和冰水。我們發現羽絨被對於夏天來說太重了，但工作人員很快就為我們提供了一件較輕的。飯店也提供盤子和餐具，讓您可以叫外帶。酒店有一個漂亮的露台，您可以在那裡放鬆身心，欣賞美景並喝一杯。酒店從頭到尾維護得很好，總的來說，我們對我們的住宿感到非常滿意。

We booked for 3 nights following our stay in January as we felt it was such good value for money and enjoyable. We upgraded this time using our free night and paying more than double our previous stay per night for a sea view and larger room. How disappointed we were, the room was so small on comparison to the other room. The bathroom we initially couldn’t find as it was behind two wardrobe style doors, very small and only just big enough for one. The sea view was limited and only available if you pressed your nose up against the doors. The balcony which was tiny had a view but only accessible if weather permitted. We were lead to believe by pictures that you could sit in front of the doors, with a clear view however only space for one chair and when sat sea view obscured by balcony wall. My husband mentioned this very politely to reception. They agreed room was small in comparison to the last one we stayed and a lot more money, stating it was because we booked via **********, they informed us they were full but may be able to move us for our last night. We heard nothing more for the rest of the stay, not even an acknowledgment to say they could not move us. On check out they advised us to call them direct next time and they will allocate us ‘the right room’ bed was also quite uncomfortable. Breakfast efficient with lovely staff serving. We were hoping that we’d found a place we would return to as we will be making many trips Sadly after this experience we will not
