小鎮海灘汽車旅館(Town & Beach Motel)

Tipico Motel americano, pulito ma molto datato, specialmente i bagni che andrebbero rimodernati. Lavandino con ruggine. Il personale è molto gentile, la posizione molto buona, nel centro di falmouth.

Woman who checked us in was very friendly and offered to give us inside info to places in the area.

The Town and Beach Motel was our home for only one night, but it's a gem, clean, convenient, affordable, excellent parking, close to dining and shopping and still has its vintage features, including paneling in the room and vintage tile in the (spotless) bathroom. Plenty of towels and pillows and the mattress felt new, maybe a little too new, haha, it was very firm. The owner is super helpful and welcoming, and the landscaping is lovely. Rooms have window A/C units which cooled it nicely and quietly. I have zero plans to visit Cape Cod again (in fact, I'm going to actively avoid it, but that has nothing to do with the hotel, haha), but to those who do, if you're in Falmouth, check out the spotless, affordable and convenient Town and Beach Motel.

Location, location, location!! Property was in great shape, welcoming and quaint plus we could not beat the location! Walk to everything. Clean, well maintained, and quiet.

It was close to shops and restaurants. Grout in shower needs a good scrubbing but otherwise clean. Beds and bedding were very nice. I would have liked a coffeemaker in the room. All in all a good place to stay at very reasonable rate.

Unfortunately there was no hair dryer, Kleenex tissue or a clock the room. Staff was very friendly. Centrally located with many shops and restaurants to walk to.

Delightful place! Retro-vibe, but clean, friendly, well-kept, right downtown near the Square. Will stay there again.

The town & beach motel was very clean but also very outdated. Which would be fine except it still seemed expensive for what was provided. But it’s a great location so I think that’s what you’re paying for. It’s right on Main St with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

so clean, perfect location. shower can get hot. bed in #3 super comfortable. very nice front desk:)
