Nice little pub, located at the top of a steep staircase but is pretty central to Falmouth shops. staff were friendly and the room was pretty nice for pub accommodation. Breakfast was ok and came with the room. parking is just in the street on a first come first served basis. Although when searching for the 'inn' it is linked on Google maps to a property 2 doors down. It is actually Jacobs ladder pub on the corner.

After climbing what seemed to be a hundred steps we arrived at Jacobs Ladder. I must say, from the outside I wasn't sure we were in the right place. It seemed dark and certainly didn't look like they served food? We were very wrong. We were served quickly and both opted for the brisket burger and it was one of the nicest burgers we'd ever had. If you're looking for a hidden gem that serves tasty food for a reasonable price you've found it! Highly recommend.

We were visiting Falmouth for the weekend and popped in for a quick drink with our dogs. It seemed to be a really friendly pub with a good mix of people and great atmosphere. Will definitely return to try out the Sunday roast!

Just had the best Sunday roast dinner. Choose your meat and it comes with all imaginable trimmings, sauces and lots of hot gravy on the side. Very affordable for a full-to-the-brim plate Large pub carved into rooms, friendly young staff. Downside is that it is up Jacob's Ladder which is a long set of stone steps up from high street. Worth the climb though
