The check in staff greeted me with a Smile and check in was fast and easy! The Dining and Bar Staff were also Friendly and Easy to talk with!Breakfast was Great!

Great hotel! Downfall was the layout. It wasn't very convenient to an elevator. It was difficult to find our room. We enjoyed the Sports lounge, the coffee shop, the hotel shuttle and our room. Sadly we werent able to experiece the pool area or resturant.

It was very nice and quiet and pool was clean. Pool was quite chilly water. Was very disappointed that being a child oriented hotel, they did not have any dining option open for under 21 in the evening. Website we couldn't get to work to even see a menu to order something to pick up and no paper menu available at the front desk. Had to order KFC using uber eats. Our granddaughter was very disappointed.

Most unexpected experience- when it comes to hygiene- and having urine and hairs not only on the toilet seat but in the bed as well! On the way from lobby to our room there was so much garbage and the smell was so awful; like rotten eggs! - my son has seizers and we left with him feeling very sick; my little boy said he felt “dizzy” and his “head hurt” we believe jt was from the strong smell of chlorine. That lingered in our room. It was so bad that both my husband and myself felt sick. I called for a refund but apparently because I called after we left. I called ******* and because the hotel denied my request- ******* was not able to issue me the proper refund - I have instead taken the proper steps to report this property. After reading many reviews, from what I have discovered it seems not only I have had an issue with the property- many others have as well! It is my hope this comes to an end! and does not continue for the sake future guests- and families. !

You're petty much just paying for a nice pool. There is no continental breakfast, just a restaurant that charges $20 a person for the buffet. The Room just sub par and the bathroom door hit the toilet every time you opened it. Not horrible but definitely not worth what they charge for the stay.

My wife and I stayed for a weekend. The hotel layout is very confusing. There is a lot of backtracking, going up and down stairs and elevators to get to our room. In the end we figured out if we just cut through the pool area and take the stairs we could save 10 minutes off getting from the lobby to our room. The bathroom is extremely tiny. It took nearly 10 mintues to get hot water for our shower. The water pressure was the poorest I have ever experienced in a hotel room. There are no usb ports in the guest room. Wi-Fi is spotty at best. Bed was rock hard. The food in the restaurant was good. The atmosphere in the lounge was festive and fun. The guest laundry was not operable.

Needs some updating. Restaurant was mediocre. The best part was Drew, the bartender in the lounge. He was great!

Room overlooked the dumpster. Garbage being picked up and banging metal bins at 6am and 640am. Bathtub clogged, toilet dirty at base outside (dried urine), .

Was a huge place with so much to do and see. It was great and we would love to come back again.
