Door to adjoining room didn't lock, staff tried to help and couldn't fix it was told booked up, called management and was told they won't use room next door but we couldn't move or get key to adjoining room I couldn't find any hotel room in city so had to stay denied any suggestion to fix problem and feel safe. Management on phone said I was rude and mean and they would kick us out, said calling manager. Front desk called half hour later asking if maintenance can fix problem. 2 hours after check-in Door fixed and someone checked into adjoining room 10 minutes later. Refuse to help resolve problem refuse to look for different room for us refuse to even discount night stay would only cancel reservation.
