Room was dirty, had to get another room. Next room toilet was plugged. Gave us free breakfast from the restaurant that was literally not edible. Not a great experience.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the stays that we have had here - every single aspect of it - from the comfort of the rooms, to the Blu Bar, the Restaurant, the Coffee Shop - from check in to check out - a fabulous time .... EVERY single time - for years. Lookin forward to the next time!

Allan was super nice at check in. Nice parking ramp that you can access the hotel with. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was a nice stay!

Check in was great and the room was good too. The bar/restaurant was very disappointing and my mufaletta sandwich was terrible.The service is terrible and I had to ask to order food and drinks at the bar. I couldn't go to the restaurant one night because it was closed so then that made the kitchen closed for bar food too. I chose this restaurant because I don't want to have to leave the hotel - especially in winter but still had to.

Our room remained cold the entire say (temperature was in the 60’s). We complained to the desk but all they did was apologize and say they would see if a maintenance person was around. Seems there never was.
