Stayed for one night with my wife. The lobby here is very modern and warming. Nice restaurant/bar located just past the lobby. Check in was quick and reception staff very friendly. Pool area is nice but a little bit dark inside. We stayed in the king suite which was very spacious and clean. Overall this was a great experience for us
The room was very clean and well appointed. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. There was lots of soap, shampoo and lotion available to use. There were containers of all of these on the wall of shower. So easy to use. There was ample wash clothes and towels as well. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding.
Great pool area for kids! Spent 5 hours at the pool with 7 yr old. Friendly staff and room was clean. Would definitely stay here again. Free breakfast was standard. WiFi worked great our entire stay. Restaurants and shopping was very close by.
Over the course of nearly two weeks, fluctuating numbers of my immediate family stayed here while my mother was hospitalized at Sanford Medical Center. While the proximity to the hospital made it the logical choice, it was the flexibility of the staff that, in retrospect, made it a wise choice as well. Front desk staff were so kind to help us consolidate rooms, cancel reservations WITHOUT PENALTY for nights that we no longer needed, and just generally get to know us and let us know that they were thinking about us. In particular, Misty Blue gets a huge shout out for being such a kind, caring front desk staff member. She sort of adopted us and asked how things were going, let us know that she was thinking about us, and just generally was a wonderful human being. On a lighter note, the hotel bistro/bar was great for a quick breakfast before heading to the hospital or a nightcap after a stressful day AT the hospital. The beds were comfortable too-including the rollaway cot that I slept on one night.
I have been a Hilton Diamond Member for a long time and I cannot remember being treated this well in recent memory. When I arrived at 12am due to a bad delay in my flight, the night auditor greeted me, gave me my room keys and offered me a couple drinks to take up to the room. He even identified an issue with my reservation where my account didn’t get linked to it. It was corrected, however, I had a room where they had snacks in room. It was replenished regularly and I was very appreciative. They did do housekeeping one night - I did not ask them to (in COVID times that may be a negative to some) but it was a nice touch on an already wonderful stay. Believe me when I say don’t go anywhere else - these people take care of you.
RRitaP626I stayed at this hotel 6 years ago, but will have to say I was disappointed in my stay this time. The positives: the location was great for the agenda we had in town, the young lady at check in was friendly and efficient, bed was very comfortable, very quiet even though hotel was pretty full, we could have our dog with us. The negatives: our room had a weird smell that was very strong when entering our room, we opened our window to try to get fresher air, the carpet did not seem to have been vacuumed well as I kept stepping on little pieces of gravel, no luggage rack, there are no towel racks in bathroom even for the handtowels, utensil drawer was missing a fork. Overall, just did not seem to be kept up to the level that I had expected.
Not the same place. We use this facility many times on our numerous trips to Fargo. It’s our go to place. The front desk staff was totally clueless on what to do with our reservation as the elevators were broken she kept repeating how tired she was fortunately, Anna stepped in and handled our issue very proficiently. She was very courteous, kind, and understanding. Anna gave us an upgrade to a room that was in much need of refurbishing , the TV didn’t work and it was not cleaned as we have seen previous rooms When we went down to go out for dinner, there were more than seven people standing in line waiting to check in and clueless was nowhere in sight and the desk was empty They have deleted the managers reception in the evening. The breakfast is subpar to our previous visits. All in all if it wasn’t for Anna, this would have been an extremely unpleasant stay but instead, it was just an unpleasant stay
