Feel safe and comfortable live here. Room is very spacious. It is good location near by a lot of food, like smoothie king, seven 11 The sheet can be more clean, there was some yellow ink, no idea what is that.

I ended up leaving my wedding ring behind on the sink in the bathroom and was frantic about leaving it behind. I called them and they had my wedding ring at the front desk.. not many people are honest and turn things in anymore when they find it so I am very thankful and feel very blessed that the cleaning crew turned in my wedding ring to the front desk.. that speaks for their integrity and honesty of their employees!! definitely will be visiting again for future visits.

The staff was rude and didn’t listen to our concerns in a handicap accessible room. The bathroom was dangerous the water was all over the floor causing it to be very slippery. The plugs at the bed were missing and wallpaper was falling off the wall and the water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom was concerning. The fridge was not cold so we were unable to store medication.

Outdated hotel with bad smell. I booked this hotel because of their hot tub; in all fairness their hot tub is good. Pretty easy access to Galleria.

Hotel is nice, however the facility is dated and could use a renovation. It is not as clean as it should be.

I did a 3 because of the rate or it would have been lower. We stayed here because other people we were traveling with stayed her or we would not have. The key area to get in was pretty much hanging off and most of the rooms entry areas had some sort of issue with tape or something else. The sink was clogged, there was hair in the bathroom area, it was a noisy area at night, and the elevator was broken.
