Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly at check in. Breakfast was terrible! There’s no signage that the breakfast buffet costs so much, or that we could order something off menu. Buffet food was tasteless and the batter for the waffles came out like grey water.

everything was like excepted, honest review I loved how the area was safe and we knew our belongings were all safe. Hotel was clean, area was clean, seemed very much fun. Now other than that.. we had to pay a $50 fee for early check in, when we called twice in advance to know if it was going to be an extra pay to check in about 3/4 hrs ahead since we were road-tripping and if we had to pay we would just wait til the 10am check in time. They didn’t specify that it would be a charge, the lady I spoke to said we didn’t have to cover the charge because it’s technically “the same day check in” as long as we got there after the 4am overpass, so we left early from our place to get there ahead of our original time, called to double check the day of as well, and again the guy said it was okay. So we left leaving hopeful that we would check in and just sleep since it was an over night drive. Once we got there the lady was super rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all so already we were having eh issues about being there. We checked in and the lady said we had to pay the fee if we wanted our room at 6am..remind you we were up since 6am the other day so we were exhausted. We tried to tell her we called but she interrupted and said no you still have to pay with so much attitude. So we just paid because we were tired and just wanted to be in our room. Knowing we couldn’t check in we would’ve left later.

The hotel was clean, nicely decorated and beds were comfy. The location was scenic and convenient. For the price, I felt it was lacking a few basic amenities and had a poorly designed floor plan. Breakfast was not included, no vent in the bathroom, the closet and bathroom were across from each other creating a narrow “hall”which made the room feel smaller, the a/c was glitchy. Overall, it was a nice place but a bit overpriced for what it was.

The property was in a quiet area that was just a Lyft away from the Galleria Mall and a number of restaurants. The room was very comfortable. The staff were all courteous and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable!

Front desk staff very unfriendly, no people skills, dog cramp in three different spots in room, no help from front desk when bought to their attention, just nasty

All good. Two things didn’t work- safe malfunctioning and wouldn’t close with code put in. Secondly, the fridge has a button to be turned on only for two hours. So my food that I left there overnight had to thrown away in the morning. Kinda useless fridge if works only for two hours

La regadera no funciona bien, la iluminacion dentro de la habitación tiene focos fundidos.
