We had a good time. The property located right on exit so easy to get in. good price and was clean. staff was very friendly. No full breakfast but muffin, juice and coffee just more than enough for me. Jack in the box is next door and other fast food was walking distance so very convenient location.

Great stay friendly atmosphere rooms were clean and hygiene television and refrigerator, microwave quite helped us to store our refreshments .morning refreshments in motel were also good.front desk people were available around 24 hrs ,it’s quite Best place to get rest.

Friendly and helpful staff. Large room for 1 person so plenty of space with a comfortable bed, mini fridge and microwave. Shower pressure fine and water hot. Air con kept the room at a very comfortable temp as well Breakfast is just hot drinks /juice with either muffin or cinnamon rolls (which are tasty popped in the microwave for 10 seconds) which I was fine with. Bigger breakfast options can be found at the McDonald’s next door or grab something from the 7-11 as well. From the hotel to downtown Texas is a 20-25 min ride on DART. You can walk to framers Branch Station in 25 mins or take a taxi for $5. I enjoyed the walk and it’s a straight line so easily done. The only 3 downsides. 1 found some hair in the drawers (so housekeeping needs to double check this). The room I had was directly above the porch area, so not as much natural light and the porch light in the evening can be annoying unless you draw the curtain. The outside window also needs cleaning as well since it’s fogged up on one side. You can also open the windows as well which was nice. I would be happy to stay here again.

Rooms are spotless, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The manager and staff were friendly and accomodating with very reasonable price. I highly recommended this motel to anyone looking for pleasant stay. I left feeling refreshed.

Excellent affordable motel, the room and bathroom were cleaned . Management was great and the parking area is safe, i left some tables and coolers on the back of my truck and they were there next day. Breakfast is the usual muffins , coffee and buns. I had a great night sleep and the rooms are indoors and my room was surprisingly quiet. Anyway, if you are staying in the farmers branch area choose this motel, its very good one’s.

The staff at this Motel were so friendly and helpful The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. ... The location was perfect Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff, who made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed.

Great clean rooms and good service ! Clean and comfortable rooms ! No elevator in this building so people with disabilities might have to consider another location unfortunately! But otherwise this is a very very nice and well staffed little get away area near the freeway and downtown Carrolton texas

I was so pleased with the service I received five start performance and customer service, room was excellent everyone was super friendly professional and courteous would definitely come back and stay again :)

This is my second time time staying here. The first was before COVID. The property seems rundown on the outside. The inside and rooms seem fairly well maintained. It does show small signs of being an older building. The breakfast was a lot better here before COVID. I guess it's to be expected because of inflation, that the breakfast would be small. At least the coffee fresh and hot. Overall it was a good stay.
