I just completed a 4 night stay at this property and highly recommend. The entire property is fresh and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. The bed, bedding and pillows were comfortable. The A/C unit kept room quiet and cool. Water pressure and temperature were great. Easy access to freeway. DFW is only 20 minutes away.

First off I would like to say I flew into Texas for a quinceneara I couldn’t check in until after the party because of the time but when I went at 130 am to check in they had no internet so they couldn’t check me in…… callled ******* and when ******* called the hotel they wouldn’t answer because they were ashamed to answer there phone….. I ended up answering the phone for the front desk and that’s when they called security becuase i answer there land line because the caller I’d said *******

Great location. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and nice breakfast spread with lots of choices.

Everytime we visit Dallas we stay here. It was good. But getting not that good, breakfast. Other thing. I am not going to stay.

Muy céntrico, el hotel está como nuevo y el personal muy atento

There was hair on the bed sheet, so I asked them to change the sheet. The male staff member was really unpleasant.

The bed sheets smells really bad and when I asked for bar soap to the front , she said that the hotel doesn't have . And i ask again in the morning to the cleaning lady and she got me two .

De 4 días que estuve hospedado con mi familia solo un día realizaron la limpieza ..

there was a cockroach on my pillow！！
