I stayed one night and everything was great!

A bit old, big rooms. Breakfast acceptable.

Check-in is at 4 p.m. I arrived after 6 p.m. due to flight delays and my room wasn’t ready. I left to grab something to eat to kill time. The appeared as if it was made instead of fresh linen. The base of the toilet had pee on it, and the bathroom floor was dirty. The room was located at the side entrance where guests enter and exit through out the night. It was like I was punished because I didn’t check in at 4 p.m. Upon checking in I told the lady at the front desk I needed to speak to a manager because I shouldn’t have to wait on my room two hours after check-in time. She conveyed to me that a manager would be in the next morning and they were short staffed. That’s not my problem. I paid for a service up front and was highly disappointed. As I checked out, a couple employees made a code-gesture as if it were the code for, “Whiner/Complainer.” I don’t normally say anything, but this experience took the cake. Employees at places as such need to realize the customers pay their salaries. Plus, if they don’t like their jobs, they should quit! I would not recommend any take their family there.

We were there for my brother's wedding and reserved a suite months in advance, only to arrive and find our reservation had been cancelled. We stood at the check-in desk for a long time, my 82-year-old mother worried sick that we didn't have a room. We finally got a room that was terribly FILTHY and run-down. Torn carpet, frayed and lifting carpet, stained and frayed furniture, dirty dishes in the cabinet, drawer in the kitchen in pieces when pulled out, filthy windows, curtains falling, and not being able to close them. It was the grossest room we have ever stayed in. Starting at seven in the morning, slamming doors for the storage and room outside of our door. If this were on my credit card, I would stop payment immediately.

Horrible facility! False advertising!! Fake pictures on all travel websites , old, dirty , dingy , rundown , not sure how I am going to survive 2 nights . Only positive so far , front desk gentleman was courteous !please please Do Not book this hotel ! Depressing depressing depressing !!

Absolutely the most disappointing and uncomfortable hotel stay my family has ever experienced. From the moment we walked into the room, we were shocked by the level of uncleanliness. The carpet was visibly filthy, to the point where we didn’t feel safe walking on it barefoot. The beds were clearly not changed—you could tell just by looking at the sheets that they had been slept in, which is completely unacceptable for any guest, let alone a family traveling together. I felt genuinely scared to touch anything in the room without sanitizing it first. Even the TV remote had grime on it. The couch had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it impossible to sit on. It was obvious that proper cleaning and basic hygiene standards were not followed. As a family, we expect at least a clean and safe environment, and this hotel failed on every level. This experience left us uncomfortable, disappointed, and honestly disgusted. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because no guest should have to stay in conditions like this.

This is my go to hotel when I visit my daughter at college. The staff is always friendly, and the property is clean and safe.
