Mécontente car ce n’était pas l’hôtel que j’avais réserver par téléphone j’avais appelé celui qui était à côté l’hôtel serra d’aire et je me suis retrouver dans celui la Trop bruit l’es personne ne respecte pas les gens qui dorment le bruit des porte trop imposant, mal insonorisé. Lit parental double dont 1 qui grinçait dès que l’on bougeait. Confort moyen. la chambre de mes enfants ont eu la visite de plein de fourni en rentrant dans la chambre a 23h et (pourtant on mange à l’extérieur de l’hôtel midi et soir) obligé d’aller voir l’accueil pour nous mettre de la bombe. Petit déjeuner simple seul bémol il n’y a aucune information de plat proposer surtout quand on ne connaît pas donc dommage même les jus rien de noter. On as su à la fin que l’on pouvait demander de l’omelette. Pour ma part déçu et pourtant j’en ai fait des hotel a Fátima

El hotel bien situado y limpio. Nosotros fuimos en viaje de la Comunidad de Madrid el trato fué bueno pero la comida pésima. En una mesa de 16 personas nos ponían 3 ensaladas en platos DE POSTRE . Se pueden imaginar a lo que tocábamos, un solo menú, crema de verdura y de segundo filetes de lomo con patatas o pescado bastante seco y copa de gelatina. Fuí a quejarme y la señorita de recepción me dijo que había hecho bien porque si nadie se quejaba ellos no lo sabían y que hablarían con la encargada del comedor ya que era 4 ensaladas las que nos correspondian porque era un plato para cuatro. Debío hablar con ella porque en la siguiente comida nos pusieron una más en PLATO HONDO. No se estiraron mucho. Supongo que las opiniones buenas que hay puestas será de personas particulares y no de estos viajes. Supongo que cuanto menos den de comer más gana el hotel. Deberían mirar esto porque se están aprovechando de las personas.

Excelente servicio en el hotel. El chico Samuel venezolano, que atendió en el comedor ha dado muy buena atención. Recomendado 100%. Además la facilidad de comunicación permitido ser muy amena el momento de servir los alimentos Atiende muy bien. además el servicio de habitación es bastante bien. Con conexión de internet. Está en buena ubicación ya que es muy cerca de la basílica. Y de los museos cerca. Se encuentran las tiendas de venta de objetos de recuerdos y además el servicio de restauran es exelente.

Buen servicio y trato del personal. En concreto de Samuel y Kalinka, que han hecho que nos sintamos como en casa. Además de la buena comida y de las habitaciones tan cómodas tienen oratorio y una excelente recepción. Lo recomiendo 100%! Primera vez que estoy y probablemente no sea la última.

Fui con mis amigos a este hotel y tuvimos un trato excelente. Buen servicio de bar y de comedor. Los camareros Kalinka y Samuel nos trataron genial. Estuvimos 8 días y nos sentimos como en casa. A parte tienen una terraza muy bonita al lado del bar, que nos vino genial para charlar por las noches.

Excelente servicio en el restaurante! Sobre todo un trato y servicio excelente del camarero Samuel y la camarera kalinka que son muy amables y están muy pendiente de los clientes en todo momento. Recomendamos este hotel si tenéis pensado venir a visitar el Santuario de la Virgen de Fàtima

El magnífico servicio que he recibido por parte de Samuel y Kalinka durante mi estancia en el hotel ya que su servicio es eficiente y eficaz siempre súper pendientes de nosotros. Estoy muy agradecido con haberme alojado en este hotel es toda una maravilla gracias a su servicio

Gran atención y servicio por parte del Hotel y sus trabajadores, especialmente por parte de Samuel, un 10, instalaciones muy correctas, bien mantenidas y limpias, un ambiente agradable y recogido, el Hotel destaca por su cercanía al santuario.

Hotel muito acolhedor, serviço fantástico, experiência a repetir.

So glad we chose the Hotel Santo Amaro for our first ever trip to Fatima, in terms of convenience to the Basilica and the apparition chapel you won’t be disappointed it’s literally 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is lovely from check in to check out no problems at all. The staff at this hotel are lovely so pleasant and helpful which as someone who travels a bit is something I always hope for, it makes such a difference to your stay when you have people who are approachable and helpful. Breakfast was delicious the cappuccino was the best in Fatima I had a few 😊 we had dinner on one evening only because we wanted to try a few places while there, dinner was delicious I had salmon and my companion had an omelette especially made as he wasn’t feeling like a big meal, no problem whatsoever the young man serving us was so lovely. So when I return to Fatima in the future I won’t think twice about booking this hotel. Well done to all the staff for running such a great place considering how busy you guys are.

Will definitely come back and stay here. One of the best locations in town

From check-in to check-out everything in the Hotel Santo Amaro was more than perfect; from the staff, to the rooms to the food - everything was exceptional. Every single member of staff were at all times throughout our stay professional, caring, attentive and went above and beyond for us and made us feel we were extended family. This is my 2nd visit to this hotel, the last being 18 years ago, my mothers last visit was 8 years ago and as soon as we arrived and got out of the taxi we were treated like family. My mother has mobility issues and failing health since her last visit and everyone in the Hotel Santo Amaro went above and beyond to make sure she was looked after. I cannot thank them enough. The food was exceptional and varied each evening and served by courteous, well mannered and professional staff. A special thankyou you to Pedro and the lady with the blonde hair and glasses (I apologise I did not remember her name) for the attention to detail each morning and evening as we dined. I am grateful and thankful to Jacinta, Armando, Rosa (I apologise for leaving anyone out) and the whole of the Hotel Santo Amaro family and staff for a wonderful 5 days.

At breakfast, I forgot my purse hanged on the chair’s back, the waiter instead of taking it directly or keeping it on a safe place, left it on a window seal and it was stolen, later a staff member found it but money was gone.

The staff who attended to us is friendly and nice. The hotel is clean and the neighborhood is safe.
