Rooms and breakfast are ok, but don´t eat dinner there!...it ist not nice and they have nothing for vegetarians. If you want to visit the religious sites they are is very nearby. Matrasses are quite hard.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The location was perfect for all the Fatima religious experiences we wanted to attend. Staff was exceptionally helpful and professional. As Americans we were kind of in the dark - they helped us to navigate our stay wonderfully. Rooms were so comfortable and modern. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Prices were great! We couldn't have had a better stay and highly recommend this wonderful hotel!!!

포르토에서 신트라 가는길에 중간 경유지로 파티마를 선택했는데 파티마 대성당 앞에 있어서 위치가 아주 좋았습니다. 거기다 시설도 새로 지은 지 얼마 되지 않아 매우 깨끗해서 포르투갈 숙소들 중 가장 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

**我一個人給這家酒店3星的房間,其他一切都高於平均水平,**我們從03/20 – 03/23入住了這個物業,我訂的是套房,看到套房,我想到一個很不錯的房間,視野很好。不在這家酒店。我們被分配了101號房間。這是一間套房,有單獨的客廳,但景色是一面牆。不是俯保護區,而是隔壁建築的一面牆。不像網站上的照片。所以,如果找景觀房,不要得到101房間。除此之外,入住不錯。房間很乾淨,暖氣效果很好。房間價格是93/night,遇到的所有工作人員都非常友好和樂於助人。餐廳有優秀的員工(尤其是Ines),提供的早餐非常好,早餐是€15/person,物品選擇非常多。是沿着這條街直接與保護區隔街的酒店之一。有一個小的現場停車區,大概有6輛車的房間。總體來說,如果再做一次,我就不會得到房間,而是城景房。我給這家酒店一個3星的房間,其他一切都高於平均水平。

The hotel made our trip perfect Breakfast so tasty diner was all so very good 5min walk to Our Lady of Fatima Pilgrim Bed room so clean this is a 3*** hotel should be ***** for the price you pay Can not wait to go back Thank you for having us Annette .

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Estrela de Fatima. The location of the hotel is PERFECT, just across from the sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima. The rooms were clean, very nice and the breakfast was lovely. The staff of the hotel were fabulous. Patricia was extremely helpful and caring. She was very understanding and accommodating in offering us a stay for the next day when we missed our flight. George was very cordial and gave insightful information about the Sanctuary. Vera and Rita were very helpful. THANKS Patricia, George, Vera and Rita for making our stay pleasant, for our family.

In all my years of traveling, I have never been treated as poorly than by a waiter employed by this hotel. My friends and I were part of a religious pilgrimage and the trip included dinner at this hotel. During dinner on Nov. 7, 2023, there were no seats left in the innermost section of the restaurant where for whatever reason, this particular waiter wanted all patrons to sit. However, there were numerous tables and seats less than 10 feet away from this particular section. Since we cannot eat standing up, we asked to be seated in the available tables 10. This waiter was unbelievably rude and yelled “No, go with your tour group!” We explained to him there were no seats left. He glared at us and could not be reasoned with. Make a long story short, we had to WAIT until people were done eating or were asked to eat fast and get up, so we can sit down. We were also told in a very loud disrespectul voice, to just “separate and find a seat with other people”, meaning people we were not traveling with. At the end of the dinner, we quietly approached him and said to him we deserved better treatment than that. We spoke in a very low key voice. I guess, we were hoping he would apologize. We thought maybe he was just having a bad day and that ad the crowd thinned out, he would realize he was out of line and apologize. To our horror, he was as rude as ever and instead of apologizing, he raised his voice again and said “I am superman! You Americans are rude!!!!!” He then rolled his eyes, waived his arms even more, and yelled (literally yelled) more. This is the most shocking encounter we have had in all our years of travelling around the world with a waiter. And of all places, in Fatima. We want to believe this man has problems at home which made him behave so horribly, but management should then sit him down and educate him on the proper way to conduct himself in a place as precious and sacred as Fatima.

We had a small group staying at the Dom Gonzalo Hotel & SPA. The staff was courteous, professional and very helpful . Spacious room , we had one dinner at their restaurant the food was very good . Excellent hotel in a convenient location to the Sanctuary. Thank you to Emanuel and your team for your help and making our clients so happy .

Duas coisas que infelizmente notei. O facto de quem pernoita no hotel tem que informar a falta de papel higiénico levantou me a minha atenção para quem esteja a ter uma estadia com mais dias. A segunda, a piscina achei estranho não ter mais chapéus de sol. Fora isso estadia agradável. E sim não tem camas compridas para pessoas altas, a realidade de Portugal, infelizmente.
