First night not so good. My room was facing a major highway, loud traffic all night! When I told the manager the next day she went to a lot of trouble to get a different, more secluded, room for me. Greatly appreciated, this room was much quieter, very nice. Very helpful and accommodating staff…

It was great. Bed and breakfast. Beds where a bit hard. Would stay their again. Had a payment discrepancy with merchant. However, they resolved it.

The bed was comfortable and the room was large and clean. I would stay again. For the price a great stay. Only 1 con if your looking for a great breakfast hotel not great. But a nice hotel.

The service when we arrived was horrible. it was freezing outside and they made us wait outside. when I asked to come inside. I was given a smart a** response. it took us over 30 minutes to check in because someone was being trained at midnight when it was below freezing. never again.

Customer serivei recommend that no one goes there!! I kept that room spotless and they said I stole a pillow so therefore I couldn’t get my deposit back!! Who are you kidding do you honestly think I’m gonna steal your $3 pillow over my $50 deposit!! You stuck three pillows on one bed that didn’t even get touch or slept on and you put four on the other bed just so you could scam me and say that I stole a damn pillow!! There was also a Burnt hole in the comforter I slept on. The iron didn’t work!! Y’all are a piece of crap motel

Upgrades not completed. Lock on door broken, hair in sink, NO VENDING OR ICE ON SECOND FLOOR!!😡😡crappy internet. Inexperienced check in staff.

Ok, overall. Chairs had stains and rips. Used bars of soap sitting up on the ledge at the top of the shower paneling. I would stay here again. The price was right. Especially compared to other hotels in the area on the weekend I visited.

We had to pay an upcharge for a non-smoking room, even though the hotel had rooms available. The room was unsatisfactory as the carpet was sticky, the bed mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, and the air quality poor. If in Rogers AR, consider staying anywhere other than this Days Inn.
