西雅圖聯邦之路萬怡酒店(Courtyard Seattle Federal Way)

The hotel was good, but for the price it should have been great! Booked online through hotels. Com. No where did it ever disclose the pet deposit price and that it was non refundable prior to booking the nonrefundable booking. So I was extremely caught off guard when our room for the night was 224.00 and a nonrefundable pet fee of 150.00. I would have walked away and looked for another hotel after finding out the pet fee upon checking in, but our room booking was nonrefundable as well. The room smelled and our bed was extremely uncomfortable. Not what I'd expect from a 224.00 a night room.the pool is not heated and ice cold. The hot tub was pretty warn. My husband put his card key in the plastic box slot they have at the front desk, as he left at 4 am for work, (I would have did it when I left, but you need the key to get on the elevator. )so when I was getting ready and trying to watch the tv it shut off saying "thank you your check out process is complete."

Room was clean and very spacious. Bed and couch very comfortable. Love that the bathroom had a fan. Towels, microwave, and a good size mini fridge were great. They even had extra blankets provided. Balcony a plus. So many restaurants in walking distance. Red Robin’s literally outside the Hotel Entrance. Would most definitely stay again

My vehicle was broken into. Parking fee was refunded $18 but the repairs to vehicle was over $800. The place has no cameras in their parking lot and no one monitors the grounds at night. Used to love staying here now, not so much.

The staff went above and beyond to help me provide temporary housing for a person in need. It was a stressful situation in my mind, but the staff especially Cheri made everything a dream.

Hotel and staff were most obliging and helpful . Domestic staff were equally helpful Felt very safe in the hotel but wouldn’t like to wander around outside for any distance

I liked that I was able to check in late because I had a late flight. I also felt secure in the hotel.

There was blood on my daughters sheets . Staff didn’t know what to do or say except “ I’m sorry”. That doesn’t make it alright.! That’s horrible that my daughter slept in dirty bloody sheets. Also no one answered to get fresh towels to the room so we can to go to the front desk to pick them up. No clean towels at the pool. Staff didn’t seem to want to work. Our view was of the freeway with homeless people. The hallway smelled like dog.

Stayed here on a recent trip to Seattle. It was so convenient, quiet and clean.

There was not enough parking or direction for alternative parking. We parked outside the restaurant. Was unsure if we would get towed.if it is hotel parking, signs would be nice. But we did get back late and maybe disnt see any signs? Other than that, it was a great place to stay.
