舒適酒店-西雅圖費多威(Comfort Inn Federal Way - Seattle)

Loved it...

I thought this hotel would be a little cleaner and it is old. The curtain rings fell down. However, the location was very good and I was satisfied.

새벽 2시 화재 경보기가 울렸습니다. 담당자는 어떻게 조치할지 모르는 상황이었고, 조치가 완료 된 후에도 계속해서 화재 경보기가 울렸습니다. 잠을 아예 잘 수가 없었습니다. 최악의 경험이었습니다.

There were ants. I went down stairs to tell man at counter and he just shrugged like not his problem. I would have just left but I was too tired.then I slept like crap because I kept thinking they were crawling on me. I understand bugs can go anywhere but do something about it.

Stay was ok with no big problems. Area seems to have taken a step back, don’t know the reason why, clientele was not real comforting.

The hotel and rooms are worn and in need of a substantial makeover.

While the staff were pleasant and professional, the room was rather run-down. Closet was missing door for one half, desk chair was looking very old and tattered, and bathroom mirror was significantly scratched and old. One set of cabinets were completely missing any sort of handles such that the space was only usable as a countertop.

My stay was great, the need to do better with room service and cleaning. It was a good experience!

Nice place to stay in suburban Seattle/Tacoma area, in Federal Way, since I didn't want to be in downtown Seattle due to extra cost for parking. And that Federal Way is halfway between Seattle and Tacoma. I wanted to be close to the Lemay and Flight museums. However, drive to and from Seattle was time consuming. It took over an hour due to constructions and rush hour traffic. Room was big, and with it being on the top floor the ceiling was vaulted creating a larger feel. Bed was very comfortable and I really enjoyed it. Everything about the room was clean. Included breakfast had hot and cold options. Plenty of food choices around and shopping options in the area. Be aware of unsavory characters in the bushes at the far end of the parking lot at night. Overall, I'm satisfied with the selection.
