東格林斯特德普瑞米爾酒店的評價

On arrival, the receptionist was lovely and pleasant, and gave our son a packet of sweets and a fruit shoot when we arrived. However, the room we stayed in wasn't pleasant. We'd found a few ants crawling around but the window was open presumably after cleaning, so we thought it was just a rogue few! However, on waking up in the morning we found no less than 15 of them crawling around. On the floor & beds, on the shelves and table and a few in the bathroom aswell. We told the receptionist in the morning and he said he'd get it checked out. Such a shame as the first impressions where really good.

My room faced the road and trucks started rumbling by just before 8 am. I was disappointed to learn that breakfast is only served for two hours from 730 to 930. The bathroom is in need of modernisation, not even having mixer taps on the sink - so you get cold water or scalding water. The decor in the room itself wasn’t bad and the staff were friendly and helpful when I checked in late at night

We normally have no problems with a Premier Inn stay. You get what you pay for however this is not the case at East Grinstead. Horrible experience from start to finish. Complete mix up with the rooms even though I had called and confirmed everything. Very grumpy guy in reception who wanted to make it very obvious he was too ill to help in anyway. Staff had no idea how to use the new booking system. Premier Inn please train your staff and let them take the day off if they are poorly!!

Damp dity room. The walls and ceilings are so thin. Creaking and banging when people move around. You open the door and are greeted with the smell of damp. Lots of damage in the bathroom and bedroom. Carpet stains everywhere. Dirt in every corner. Breakfast is aweful. All the pastries were hard and old. Didn't get what I ordered with the cooked breakfast.

Disgusting, room smelt of mould, the bath had a rust/burn mark in. Male receptionist was friendly. Breakfast is next door 7.30-9.30, a bit late for us. We were booked in for business for two weeks. Lasted one night

Все очень понравилось,все чисто и подушки мягкие.рекомендую этот отель.самый лучший по моему мнению в Великобритании.Мне очень понравился дизайн и цена довольно маленький для таких отелей.Я обязательно позову с собой друзей сюда в следующий раз

Всё было шикарно, ненавязчивый но отзывчивый персонал, вкусная еда... Хорошая панорама из всех окон, идеальная чистота, в общем очень понравилось... Полный восторг! Приедем ещё раз обязательно! Советую всем

位置對機場來說很好。床墊舒服。房間還可以，但不如我們住過的其他 Premier Inns 好，看起來很陳舊。床的兩邊都沒有插頭插座，浴缸很髒。沒有留下深刻印象。

wifi 不能用，接待員試圖將它升級到 Premium，但這也行。電視是部分畫面，信號很差。否則，房間和酒店是預期的，因為 Premier Inn 的基本相同

This is a lovely hotel in a good location, with free parking and good facilities. Alison was very helpful and really freindly, thank you!

Excellent. Lovely clean room. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities. A walk in shower would have been nicer than shower in the bath...but bathroom very clean. Helpful friendly staff Would recommend Handy for Gatwick and free parking
