Don’t Come Here! This property is in neglected condition. Filthy carpets, chipped dishes, 1/2 kitchen sink inoperative. Outdated furniture, boarded up hot tub on the deck, disgusting barbecue inoperative. Burned on food on the electric cooktop. Super slow internet access.

This property needs a thorough cleaning. Dirt and dust in the corners, dead bugs on the windowsills, the dining table had crumbs and rings on it from previous renters, the furniture was covered in fleece throws that had multiple cigarette burns in them, and the kitchen garbage was sitting bagged on the floor and SMELLED rotten. The refrigerator had a partial package of raw meat in it, and needed to be cleaned. There were black stains on the bathroom ceiling, leakage from the upstairs bath? Or mold? The host said the outside door remains unlocked in case of late arrivals; not very safe if all you can lock is a hollow-core bedroom door.
