I recently stayed at the Campanile Genève - Aéroport/Palexpo, and overall, it was a practical and convenient choice, especially for those attending events at Palexpo. The hotel’s main strength is its location, just a 20-minute bus ride to Palexpo and very close to the airport, which made commuting effortless. The rooms were compact but clean and functional, making them suitable for short stays or business travel. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping was consistent throughout the week. It is best suited for business travelers or exhibition participants who prioritize accessibility over luxury.

The hotel is unbelievable remote from the airport, pls dun use the name of hotel airport, it is confusing The service is unacceptable, the door gate closed after 12:00 without any notice. We can’t get in to the hotel and I was forced to climb over the gate and get someone to help  The bald guy at the reception doesn’t speak English. It was an adventure rather than an accom

Chambre plutôt fraîche malgré thermostat mais agréable pour dormir l’insonorisation peut gêner éventuellement si vous avez le sommeil léger, propre rien à redire. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner buffet à la dernière minute, bien garni avec des produits typé locaux et frais juste ce qu’il faut pour bien entamer une journée chargée.

Great place. Excellent location, really clean and comfortable. Staff are really nice. Met a receptionist staff member the night I arrived he was helpful & the next morning also one called Ibraheem, a very helpful person too. It’s a nice little spot to stay on the border with Geneva and France. I highly recommend it

I recently stayed at Campanile Genève Aéroport and, while there were some positives, I was a little disappointed with one aspect of the service. When booking through Trip.com, it mentioned that the room would include tea, coffee, and a kettle. These were provided on the first day, but unfortunately were not replenished during the rest of our stay. We approached reception a few times to request additional tea bags and milk, but they were not always available. Given the cold weather, having access to a hot drink in the room would have made our stay more comfortable. Additionally, the hotel’s location on the France side added some extra inconvenience and stress to our trip. I hope the hotel can improve in these areas, as consistent service and clearer information would enhance the overall guest experience.
