Great hotel, friendly staff, great location, good meals. No

Good hotel with great roof top views and clean rooms. It just felt a bit impersonal and generic. We were hoping for a bit more local recommendations.

Superbe moment dans un cadre remarquablement élégant avec une décoration aussi simple que sophistiquée. Personnel adorable, quiétude et repos au rendez vous et petit déjeuner délicieux et fait maison. Vraiment merci beaucoup pour ce séjour.

أود أن أشيد بالفندق الذي سكنت فيه في فاس وبتعامل الموظفين، محمد"المدير" و زينب. كانوا يتمتعون بتعامل راقٍ ومحترف. الفندق كان رائعًا وتجربة الإقامة كانت ممتازة بفضلهما. I would like to praise the hotel I stayed at in Fes and the employees, Mohamed "manager” and Zainab, for their excellent service. They were extremely courteous and professional. The hotel was wonderful, and thanks to them, my stay was truly exceptional.

Cet endroit est magnifique, très bienentretenu, très propre, on se sent tellement bien dès que la porte s'ouvre. La bienveillance du personne est indescriptible et va au delà de toute attente ! Il n y a aucun mot pour décrire ce séjour ! Nous sommes deux amies (moi qui suis deja allee dans des endroits différents, j'ai rarement vu cela), nous avons goûté à la moitié des plats, ils sont extra. Même l'amie marocaine a indiqué que le plats étaient succulents. Il n y a pas assez d'étoiles pour ce riad et toutes ces personnes. (Nous n'avons pas les noms : le premier monsieur d'accueil, le second qui nous servait, et le gardien de nuit très bienveillant. Et les dames de la cuisine et du ménage adorables...). Un service comme du jamais vu. Un seul mot : le paradis allez y les yeux fermés et goûtez tous les plats ! A très vite. Nous souhaitons revenir à FES, ne serait-ce même que pour venir ici. A&R

This riad is absolutely stunning. Located in a quiet street in the old medina, yet close walking distance to the souk, famous blue gate and more. The riad is beautifully decorated, beautiful courtyard with a fountain. There's a rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the medina. Breakfast was simple but with delicious Morrocan treats everyday.

Four of us visited here in mid December. The Riad was a perfect place to stay while visiting Fes. The courtyard is magnificent and was a tranquil sanctuary after the bustle of the medina. The rooftop has a gorgeous view of the city. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Breakfasts were good, and dinner was delicious. The staff was attentive, helpful, and friendly. We particularly enjoyed watching the decoration of the lovely Christmas tree - fun! - and watching Argentina dispatch France in the World Cup with the staff and a few other guests. The place made us feel at home. Highly recommended.

The Riad is a nice 3 star facility but the service was very poor. At breakfast if you ask for anything extra it was not available. The food would come very slowly and only one person serving all 8 of us. If one couple would come early, they would not serve and had to wait for all of us to be together - very strange. Some of the rooms were very small and impractical for a couple with not even enough space to keep your luggage. Once we cam back from dinner and wanted to have tea and were told at 9pm that the kitchen is closed - completely outrageous.

De kamer was de duurste maar kleinste (!) die ik ooit gehad heb in Fes - ik ben in tien (!) riads geweest vanaf 19 euro. Er ontbrak een stukje van de douchebuis en de badkamer stonk ondanks ventilatie. Als iemand in het gebouw de wc doortrok, hoorde je het keihard, dus ook s nachts. Ze draaien er de hele dag muziek - klassiek en jazz - wat in alle kamers te horen is. De kussens op het terras waren vies. Ik houd van een hard kussen, maar dit beddenkussen was echt té hard. Er lag plastic over de matras, zodat het laken bij elke beweging met jou erop weggleed. Ben niet opgehaald van het vliegtuig ondanks een duidelijke wederzijdse mailwisseling. De manager weigerde me driemaal te geloven, kwam met allerlei excuses, totdat ik de mails liet zien, toen slijmde hij driemaal "I always trusted you". Ik vroeg bij de afrekening om korting en hoefde 100 dirham (13,40 euro) minder te betalen. Nog nooit eerder iets in een review zo sterk afgeraden als deze riad. Annamiek Nu Tarot
