I and my family recently had a two-night stay at the Infinity City Hotel in Fethiye, Turkey, and unfortunately, it was far from impressive. The first and foremost issue was the lack of parking facilities. There was no parking available on-site, nor were there instructions provided at the time of booking on where to park nearby. This proved to be a significant inconvenience. The noise levels were another major concern. The hotel's soundproofing was simply inadequate, with noise from the street and other guests disrupting my sleep on both nights. An upgrade to the quality of their windows could certainly help address this issue. The comfort of the rooms was subpar as well. The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, which, combined with the noise issue, led to a poor night's sleep. The quality of the provided amenities such as soap and shampoo was also very low, which is not what one expects from a hotel in this price range. Additionally, the air conditioning system did not function properly. Given the summer temperatures in Fethiye, the lack of efficient cooling made the room uncomfortably hot. On a positive note, the hotel's proximity to Fethiye port was commendable. This could be appealing to those who plan to partake in marine activities or enjoy the sea views. However, overall, I found my stay at the Infinity City Hotel disappointing and wouldn't recommend it without significant improvements to its facilities and services.
It was a pleasure to discover this hotel, spend 5 excellent days, stuff is amazing and very friendly, location is perfect close to everything, rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is good, the hotel private beach is wonderful not to miss, and best of all the manager Mr. Aybars is very helpful he makes our stay more than excellent. big thanks.
Recently stayed here for one week as a solo female. Have travelled to Fethiye and surrounding areas many times before but this was my first time in the area alone. I had the best week and the hotel was in the ideal location for getting about Fethiye on foot. Right on the harbour, within easy walking distance to all the restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The hotel staff are lovely and really helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable. I had a double room overlooking the mountains and I loved people watching with a cup of coffee from the balcony. The shower was LOVELY and there was plenty of space in the room to unpack. The mini fridge was also great as it meant I could grab a few drinks or bottles of water and keep them cold in the room if I didn’t fancy venturing out. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of fresh towels and robes, along with amenities in the bathroom which came in handy on my first night as I didn’t get a chance to pop to the shops and get toiletries. GloriaJeans coffee shop downstairs (direct access from the lobby) does a great cappuccino. The hotel was spotlessly clean and check-in was quick and easy. I received excellent value for money for my stay as even though it was “off-season” the weather was lovely for the majority of the week! I’ve only ever visited the area during May-September but seeing Fethiye during February was lovely as I got to see a whole different side of it and discover new places that I’d not been to before. As a solo female traveller I also felt completely safe. Most nights I was out enjoying coffee or a wine until 11/11.30pm and there were still plenty of families and couples out and about. I feel safer here than at home! Definitely recommend this hotel (and the whole area in general!) whether you’re travelling alone, visiting as a couple or with kids.
good location, near the port, everything is walking distance.. newly open hotel and very clean.. bed super comfy.. i love tue coffee shops downstairs as they served good coffee.
Reception staff are helpful arranged late check out no issues . To be fair they don’t charge palace prices so don’t expect one . The pool area on top floor is spotless and the views are to die for and in 7 days I never seen more than a handful of people up there. Bar snacks and drinks are limited but adequate The reception area and floor corridors are tired to say the least thread bare carpets and cracked tiles everywhere. The rooms are very basic cleaned daily but my shower area and bathroom were just past there best no cleaning could ever fix it . If your on a budget please remember you are paying a budget price for a hotel with great pool area and fantastic location . Could be improved but still worth the money they charge

This is a great hotel if you plan to visit the hospital. It is very close and convenient. Clean and stable internet. Friendly staff. Everything that you hoped for is in this hotel. We will use this again when we get another check up at the hospital.
We have just got home after staying here for a week. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews but we loved our stay here as a family of four and are seriously considering staying again next year. The views are amazing, especially from the infinity type pool and you are surrounded by the mountains looking down to the beachfront. The staff are friendly and helpful. You are just a few minutes taxi ride from the main ***** and reception would order a taxi for us whenever we asked and it would arrive within just a minute or two and cost 150 lira. It is a quiet hotel which we found ideal after a day or night in the hustle and bustle of the main areas. Yes there were a couple of little bits of dodgy paint work here and there in the rooms and maybe the cupboard doors were a bit wonky but does that really matter ? Don’t let the bad reviews put you off, it’s a lovely place and if you’re looking for a quiet base with scenery to die for then this could be the hotel for you.
訪訪客It was an impressive staycation. I enjoyed to sit on the front of the restaurant and see the the sun sets. The room and towels are very clean. The location is perfect for having vacation. Most importantly, the people here are super nice, especially the receptionist, a uncle who is really helpful, although he cannot speak English, but he tried his best to use translation app and fulfil our need, once we need help, he always give a helping hand. He is really caring, I sincerely thank for his service and kindness. The waiters in the restaurant are nice as well. The people here had became the precious memories of my journey. If I have second change to come here, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again.
訪訪客First thing that strikes you about this lovely hotel is the views - It sits among the backdrop of a lush green mountain valley that lowers down to a ***** of shops and bars and ends in a blue lagoon of the clearest water... So in short, its a breathtaking location. Secondly the hotels main asset is the friendliness and helpful service you get from the staff. Not that im looking, but I can't find fault with any of them. BIG shout to Erol the Entertainment manager who is just a funny guy and always adds a level of relaxed humour to the many activities that are ongoing through the day... But this isnt done in a pushy way that can be the case sometimes, if you want to just chill here in the sun, in peace, then this is defo a place to do so. Theres always a modern soundtrack of tunes bopping out from the 2 pool bars so if absolute silence is what your looking for then, bring some earplugs. Thankfully we enjoy a good varied ambience of tunage! :) The all inclusive drinks are plentiful and all pretty tastey. I love my beer and wine, and 'Efes' is a good lager, and the red/white wines are of a good standard. We enjoyed watching the entertainment, which is mostly dance oriented with a different spin every night, apart from the acrobatics and illusion shows that we missed as we were off on excursions those nights. The excursions are brilliant, Numerous boat trips and sunset cruises were the best we found. We highly recommend hiring a car for 40 quid a day and driving to Gemlier beach (proper stunning beach) and the Ghost town for lunch and a bit of culture. We also drove into Fethiye to Calis beach (free parking on the roads a couple roads back from the main beach *****). We had dinner there at one of the restaurants there and watched the sun set - Amazing!! **dont drive into Fethiye on tuesday... markets make it impossible to get in and park** Also worth the short drive to Butterfly valley to take in the view... Well worth a pic trust me. The food is always of a good standard if you like meats and fish freshly cooked on the spot, with mediterraenean salads etc and numerous vegetables. We love all this so it was perfect. If your fussey brits that just want brit boring food and breakfast EXACTLY how us brits cook our full english then you may be searching around the room a while for things you can enjoy - but im sure you will find something, its all tastey. In summary, really nice hotel with lovely staff We will certainly return to this absolute gem in Oludeniz. Thanks guys. Big Love Leo & Steph X
訪訪客Loved it for an overnight stay. Available to check in when arriving in the early hours. Breakfast was full Turkish with eggs, tea, cakes and cheese, very tasty. We had a 4 person family accommodation which is actually two bedrooms (A Double and 2 single beds) sharing a bathroom, ideal for a family. You can walk in the heat to town downhill in about 20 mins or take a TL100 (£3) taxi ride. Contact with the hotel thro ******* email was always answered promptly.
