Kasım ayı içinde otelde kaldım otel isim kaydımı tc bilgilerimi bakamdan oda ismimeişleyip başkasını kaydına işlemişler resepsiyonda polis kimlik kaydımdan sonra yanlış olduğu anlaşıldı.Otel ile yanliş kayıttan tutanak tuttular.Yönetimden birisi gelip özür bile dilemedi. müşteri memnuniyeti ve geri dönüşleri bile olmadı hiç bir şekilde tavsiye etmiyorum Manzarı güzel olan bir sürü otel var tercihlerim diğer oteller olacak

We stayed in a suite in this lovely hotel for 10 nights, the suite was large with a very comfortable bed and a large lounge area. We looked over the Marina and gardens it was a beautiful view. Breakfasts were served from behind a counter and you chose what you wanted. I was a bit put off by this but the staff are lovely and will give you anything you want. There is a large choice of hot or cold breakfast. You can sit outside on the terrace to eat which is lovely. There’s a lovely pool, very popular fish restaurant, and another restaurant all part of the Marina resort. The food was lovely. Regarding the decor of the hotel, it is quite regal, not modern so some may think it’s old, it’s supposed to be like it is. Yes there are pale carpets in the rooms that could do with either shampooing or replacing, and some paintwork needs a touch up. But it didn’t put us off it wasn’t a scruffy hotel, I would stay again in an instant. We had a lovely stay.

C’est notre seconde expérience dans cet hôtel . Une jolie chambre spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur la Marina , un calme absolu à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville animé de Fethiye . Un personnel serviable et très disponible. Petit déjeuner servi et non en buffet , plutôt une bonne idée pour éviter le gâchis .

Great to be back here, staff are like old friends,they can't do enough for everyone. I have to be gluten free and the lovely chef, makes me gluten free crepes every year we come back. Its always our place to come, when we arrive in Fethiye. The people that complain, want 5 star facilities, but want to pay 2 star price. Fabulous staff all over the hotel

After a wonderful stay at the end of Sept ‘22 my husband and I couldn’t wait to return to Ece Saray Marina Hotel. The atmosphere is so relaxing, the moment we were welcomed back by the reception staff we felt at home. Had a room on the 2nd floor with amazing marina view, huge super comfy bed, small fridge with mini bar (charge applies), amazing shower with optional shower heads. The hotel pool is fabulous, with wide steps for easy access. Lots of sunbeds with deep mattresses, it was never crowded and the lovely pool /bar man provides towels as soon as you walk to the pool area. Breakfast is served on the top floor terrace so you can enjoy the views in the morning sunshine. The breakfast staff are very attentive and serve you coffee, orange juice etc at your table, as well as taking your order for cooked breakfast (included), you can also go up to the counter if you want cereals, yogurt, croissants or continental style meat & cheeses and staff behind there will serve you. Yet again we had a fabulous, relaxing holiday

First time to Turkey and we feel really happy to have chosen Fethiye and Ece Saray Marina. We found all the staff to be so helpful, at breakfast, the pool, reception and the pier bar. Lots of choice for breakfast. Would be better if you could help yourself buffet style but we had a great breakfast every day. My husband had the avocado on toast and it did look a bit weird but it tasted fab. Beautiful pancakes, crepes, omelettes etc. I guess some people just look for a reason to be miserable but we thought it was great. We’d stay here again. My only negative is the two parrots in a cage in reception. Beautiful, intelligent creatures, it was heartbreaking to see them like that. If you go, please give them some attention. We taught them to wolf whistle which they did to us as we said goodbye. Don’t be put off by the negative reviews. We loved our holiday here.

Having read other reviews on this hotel I only comment on how my experience was. The hotel is in a great location the rooms are spacious but a bit tired looking. The pool is a good size. The down side is that some of the staff are very good and some just don’t seem to care. Sarvaid at the pier bar was excellent as were the breakfast staff. The reception staff were verging in rude and the pool bar staff looked bored. The pool bar did improve when the bar manager was around. At breakfast on or first day we asked for avocado on toast, when it arrive the avocado was black, it looked like mushrooms. I complained but to be honest I thought the breakfast was average at best and the layout of the buffet was confusing and disorganised. You had to ask two to three different people when selecting what you wanted off the buffet. Having said this the staff were great. We also had an issue in our room where the curtains were inadequate and key the light in early in the morning. The one big issue I have with this hotel is the the hotel manager was never available to talk to us about the issues we had. It felt like he would avoid any customers that had issues. In my four day stay here I asked six times to see the manager, I left my room number for him to contact me but I never got a reply. You can see the lack of management when looking at the hotel and organisation and staff morale. This hotel needs a manager who listens to customers and understands their needs. Not a weak manager who hides from customers. Finally despite the issues we had, when I asked for a late checkout they wanted to charge me £75.00. This was the last straw for me. The sad thing is that if the manager had taken the time to speak with me a lot of these issues could have been dealt with and nipped in the bud.

İlk verilen oda su akıyordu , ikinci verilen odaya daha önce su akmış ayaklarımız ıslanınca fark ettik, duş başlığından çıkan ses sağır edici derecede rahatsız ediyor. Oda halısındaki görüntü çok kötü lekeli. Sabah 7 de üst kattan gelen eşya çekme sesleri rahatsız ediciydi.

İlk bakışta mimarisi ile etkileyen bu otel muhteşem bir manzaraya sahip. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Sabah kahvaltısı ve kahvaltı mekanı olan terasın manzarası muhteşem. Açık havuzu oda sayısına göre oldukça büyük. Bahçede Fethiye'nin en iyi balık restoranı var.
