阿塔公園酒店(Ata Park Hotel)

Secondly, the breakfast is not very varied compared to 4-star hotels. ...The rooms are very small, and it is also very far from the city center, and it will cost you 100 Turkish liras by car. Thirdly, the lack of security and bad behavior. We woke up at 2 in the morning with someone violently hitting the door and then he was able to open it by force and without a key. Then it became clear that he was drunk and made a mistake in the room number. So, if he was drunk and unbalanced and was able to open the door, then what can a sane person do, in his senses, and with luck? We remembered locking the door with a swing bar before sleeping, which prevented the person from entering. Worse than that was screaming and being kicked out of the reception. When we spoke and inquired, they shouted at us, told us to get out of there, and threatened to use violence, had it not been for the intervention of the agency we came with, then we left the next day, and after all this, I can. Saying that it was the worst night we had and ruined the whole trip... I do not recommend it, you can get a lot of hotels and it will not be worse than this.

chambre étroite avec une belle vue sur la marina cependant la nuit beaucoup de bruit des voitures qui passent devant l’hôtel obligés de fermer le balcon . le buffet certes n'est pas varié mais la nourriture est bonne et appétissante le personnel est accueillant et souriant. en ce qui concerne la proximité , il faut un taxi pour accéder au centre surtout pour une famille

Merhabalar , normal oda seçmeme rağmen çatı katı dar bir odada konaklamak zorunda kaldım. Perdeler kapanmıyor ve ışık nedeniyle uyuyamadık. Çatı katı olması nedeniyle yataktan kalktığın zaman kafanı vurma tehlikesi yüksek. Ek olarak odada tek sandalye var ve ikinci sandalye istenildi ama ellerinde kalmadığı belirtildi. Otopark yazıyor ama cadde üzerine herhangi biryere park edebilirsiniz denildi. Özel otoparkı yok.

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas une étoile pas 4* qualité de service nulle des chambres comme des greniers salle de bains étouffante même pas une fenêtre pas de lumière dans la chambre lit sans des draps la piscine c est une fontaine pas une piscine la nourriture est catastrophique a déconseiller vraiment aux touristes

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I don’t understand, how do they even have 4 stars? Half the things in the room are not functional, and room conditions are terrible; the floor isn’t cleaned properly, the walls are falling apart, and the water smells terrible.

Jolly turla geldik, astım hastası olduğum için havadar bir oda talebimin kendilerine iletilmediğini söylediler. Bakın odada pencere yok, binanın boşluğuna bakıyor. Arap turistlere sattıkları manzaralı pencereli odaları cidd bir sağlık problemim olduğunu söylememe rağmen, turla uygun fiyata geldik diye bize vermediler. Gece uyuyamadığımı, tıkandığımı söylediğim herkes topu bir sonraki kişiye, rezervasyon müdürüne ona buna attı. En son bir beyefendi kendisinin bir suçu hatası olmadığını ifade ederek işimizi çözmekle ilgi sorumluluğu yine almadı. Bence bir kurumun en önemli çabası sorun çözmek üzerine olmalı ve bu otelde profesyonellikten uzak çok itici bir lakayıtlık mevcut. İki kadın gittiğimiz otelde Iraklı turist adamların yer gibi bakışlarına maruz kaldık, kendimiz uyardık, otele ilettik. Bir şey yaptılar mı bilmiyorum. Burası düzgün nezih bir tatil isteyenler ve aileler için kesinlikle uygun bir otel değil. Odalar inanılmaz küçük, banyo tuvalet küçücük. İnanılmaz katastrofik bir otel, boğuluyor gibi hissettiriyor. Temiz hissi vermiyor. Gelmek gibi bir hata yaparsanız neyi kastettiğimi anlayacaksınız. Ama lütfen bu hatayı yapmayın. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri, restorant personelinin kibarlığı ve hizmet anlayışı, oteldeki tek güzel şey. Burada iyi yorumlar yapan kişilerin yorumuna aldanmayın. Bütün yıl çalışıp, kısacık tatilinizde daha iyisini hakettiğinize eminim. Burasını tercih ettiğine pişman olacaksınız.
