Beautiful hotel to stay in right next to the beach just a short walk away Room was big and spacious with a view nice one although not a sea view the bathroom was just lush shower was lovely to use Only problem not knowing how to use the heating in the room The pool and hot tub was really quite and relaxing Breakfast service was fast and fresh Lovely experience all round

Sadly had three rooms due to some issues reguardless how clean they were and a smell coming from the bathroom, third room was ok and had a nice view over looking the sea and Scarborough harbour, pool and spa a nice touch and the staff were all friendly plenty of choice on the menu for food, just needs to address a few issues to make this worthy of it's 4 star rating and that to me should be considered luxury where as this felt more just above average but not luxury 3.5 / 5 location amazing staff amazing let down by the fire alarm going off which steam was to blame air vents were dirty this needs looking at, house keeping need to work more alongside maintenance to ensure issues are addressed. Safe in second room was broken but maintenance did sort this and were very friendly, reception and spa staff all excellent, can't comment on the food but had plenty of choice and had we not made plans we would of considered the curry night the hotel had on. Over all 3.5 / 5

Great place to stay in Scarborough. Loved the service. Beer anf lemonade was amazing.

The hotel itself was lovely! Unfortunately when we arrived and got into our bedroom around 11pm a member of staff was banging on the door demanding to be in, not once but twice. Which definitely ruined our stay, they’d apparently been a leak? There was also what looked like chewing gum in the sink? Apart from that the hotel was nice, the corridors & bar were clean & the front of house staff were lovely

Very Friendly staff ,very overpriced rooms in need of a thorough clean ,not what I was expecting for the price. We stayed for one night at a cost of £285 (breakfast not included) we were refused breakfast in the morning as they where to busy , the restaurant must have only been half full ,we couldn’t believe it so we eat in a cafe around the corner from the hotel 👎🏿

The view from our window was of upright decking boards forming a rectangular shape like the railings of a balcony and the base with a sunken area in the middle layered with a waterproof sheet and the end of a length of garden hose which was regularly discharging water from presumably an air con unit somewhere. The fan in the bathroom kept switching on for a set time unless the door was shut when walking past. Part of the sink tap fell off. Unable to serve evening meal in the restaurant on our first night due to a wedding reception so had bar meal. Service in the dining room the following night was sometimes very slow and not many customers although the charge for dessert was taken off the bill. Staff were very friendly but not enough of them.
