Estamos alojados desde el 10 de Abril , hasta el lunes 17. Es la primera vez que nos hemos hospedado en este hotel y ha sido un acierto , el personal muy atento, te hacen la estancia muy agradable, los destacaría a todos en especial a RAÚL siempre pendiente de los clientes . Si duda la próxima visita a BENIDORM volveré al ORANGE.

Mui cerca de la playa de Levante (tien piedres nesta zona pero caminando llegues en nada a Zona sin peñes) En zona de chigres ingleses, pero sin ruíu Buena atención, buena y variada comida (con bebida de pagu), buena y tranquila piscina. Pa volver.

A great week at hotel Orange very clean and tidy Room comfortable and compact also kept very clean daily bedding and towels changed. View over the pool is a must then you can enjoy the view over to cafe Benidorm and watch the goings on. The noise is not disturbing and when the door is closed you cannot hear anything.Food excellent always a good choice. Plates removed when needed by an always busy dining room staff who are always very polite and friendly .This hotel is an excellent stay and I will be returning.

First time for me in benidorm. Family and friends with me had been many times before. Hotel was lovely. Clean everywhere. Rooms compact but in great condition. Aircon was a bonus and kept us cool. Reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Always had a smile and hello. Dinningroom staff also very friendly and happy. Food was brilliant we ate far to much at every meal. Could not fault any meal. Was quiet at start of our stay so wasn't busy at meal times. Staff cleared your plates super quick. They were on the ball every meal time. Yuseldi was our waiter most of the time and he was very kind and funny. (Might not be spelt that correct) Pool was lovely nice and refreshing not cold at all. Spent a lot of time in the day in the pool as it got very hot in the glorious sunshine. Music was good around pool and a couple of days they had a singer and a guitarist. Both very good. Pool party one lunch time but no one got in the pool to have a dance which was a shame as he played some good music. I enjoyed it. We were on the 11th floor over looking the pool and cafe benidorm. Was good to watch was happening from our balcony. Perfect location for all the bars. Never really kept us awake. Doors kept most of sounds out. All in all fab hotel great staff qnd a brilliant week in benidorm. Would not hesitate in going back to this hotel if I go back to benidorm. Thank you orange for a great week. Loved it. 😍

Rooms are a dump and a rather depressing place to stay in especially if you are assigned one of the non pool view rooms. Pillows shocking, beds solid, shower broken. Not worth the money, try a place elsewhere because this place needs a revamp... badly!

Absolutely terrible staff the receptionist are extremely rude will over talk you interrupt you talk down to you smirk at you when you have a issue and just brush it off or try argue with you, tell you to come back and speak to someone the next day. If you ask for a manager get told no ask why be told no manager today ask where the manager is and she will smirk at you and say his home and laugh. Also major security risk anyone can get a new key card for your room they don’t ask your name and check you just tell them a room number and they give you a new card don’t check you’re in that room don’t even check that room is occupied just create a new card and have it over.

Very disappointed with the service at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted in a cold and unpleasant manner by an older, particularly unfriendly receptionist. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve in the evening, as another receptionist displayed the same attitude. This complete lack of professionalism is unacceptable. We will not be returning to this establishment and will ensure that all tour operators promoting this hotel are made aware of this situation.

Stayed at the hotel orange for a week with my husband, sister and brother in law. Hotel was absolutely spotless, always see staff walking around making sure all was clean. Rooms were lovely and clean too. We ended up moving rooms on the 3rd day as we couldn’t stand the noise from the lively ***** opposite, but the lovely lady on the reception moved us no problem. We moved to the back of the hotel where it was silent :) we were only staying bed and breakfast, but the breakfast was lovely n there was plenty to choose from. The pool area was good, always plenty of sunbeds, we noticed on the wkend that loads of groups turned up. In perfect spot if yr wanting a more lively holiday, if yr wanting a nights sleep make sure yu ask for a room at the back.

I stayed here for one week with Jet2 and can honestly say this is a really good hotel. I stayed on the 11th floor and had no issues. The restaurant food was really good and very fresh. Loved all of fish dishes and the salad bar. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. The restaurant is possibly one of the best Ive seen for cleanliness.
