I had a lack of a TV signal for 2 out of the 3 days during the Eurocup and I was informed that it was due to construction as a result of a poor signal. I then saw that the FInikia restaurant had a clear signal to which the MVP responded was that it was on the main road. I also had no key for the safe and was informed that the technician was away in Athens due to a family emergency. I can't believe there is no one else that could have fixed the safe on the entire island or even the MVP did not even go the extra mile to get it replaced. There was poor lighting in the cave pool which created a risky environment for my 9 year old daughter to which no response was provided by the MVP. Also when we were checking out, because of the time at 8am, we were informed that no porters were available to help with luggage. I then requested a dolly to do it myself and I was refused. I would expect that after paying approximately $450 Euros a night that there would be better customer service. Severely disappointed.
