3-family house "Mitterer". 200 m from the centre of Finkenberg, 3 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 75 km from the centre of Innsbruck, on a slope. For shared use: property 1'000 m2, garden with lawn, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 700 m, supermarket 3 km, bus stop "Finkenberg Dorf" 240 m, railway station "Mayrhofen Bahnhof" 3.6 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Mountain railway 500 m, ski bus stop 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hintertuxer Gletscher 15 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. "Mitterer", 3-room apartment 65 m2 on 2nd floor. Practical furnishings: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Oil heating. Das Ferienhaus ist in einer optimalen Lage. Nicht weit zur Alpbahn. Sehr zentral. Schöne große Zimmer. Tolle Wohnung. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben immer gut Tipps für den Tag.
