Good value, clean and comfortable in an ideal location for visiting a cousin in Fishguard and exploring the area. Joy was warm and helpful, providing freshly prepared fruit and excellent coffees along with cooked breakfasts to order. I would gladly stay again.

Mark is a very kind host. He and his wife provide a very warm Welsh welcome. The breakfast is A1 with lovely fresh fruit which is rare now in hotels/ guest houses . We stayed for three nights at the accommodation , very quite surroundings and a good base to explore the local area. I do apologise for the phone call with regards to my sons game station he was upset and I panicked and rang from the port.

Family room was big enough for the 3 of us 2 adults and a 15yr old. Quiet area. Check in convenient, check out was 10.30. Only downside was unsure where to put the key on check out. Would stay there again.

The hosts, Mark & Jan, were wonderful, thoughtful, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! The room was great. The eating area was open and airy. It's a beautiful property!

Less than 5 mins from ferry terminal. Room clean and spacious. Dogs welcome. Breakfast superb. Host friendly and welcoming. An organization that actually understands what good customer service looks like.

Perfect location for those coming off the evening ferry from Rosslare. Mark is very clear in his communication for late arrivals such as ourselves

An ideal base for exploring the Fishguard area. Mark and his family ensured our stay was very relaxed and the breakfast buffet is far superior to many top hotels! :-)

The family had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and ready for use. There are plenty of breakfast options and food was great!

Pros: Convenient parking; clean; serious COVID precautions and preparations (contactless check-in, prepared basic list of nearby takeaways). Cons: Overpriced for basic rooms. The most expensive B&B during my trip, yet the least comfortable and most threadbare. The house has old bones. You definitely get to know your fellow guests intimately, as you can easily hear their tellies even on low volume, as well as every conversation, snore, toilet flush, and creaky bed spring. Communication: Aggressive messaging in caps.

The hosts were fanatic, couldn't have done more for us. The cooked breakfast was exceptional as well as the buffet selection. We Will Definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anyone. Great value for money, in walking distance to the coast and welcoming pubs, great location for a bit of rambling.

We needed somewhere to stay overnight before catching the ferry back to Ireland and the Ivybridge guesthouse is in the perfect location for that. Mark met us with a warm welcome. The room itself was spacious and clean - everything we needed had been thought about. Breakfast the next morning was tasty and plentiful, with great coffee (and that is not always a given). We would happily recommend Ivybridge to our friends and family - and will probably stay here again in the future.

Room was very clean and neat. Very simple and cottage like suite. Beds were comfortable. The best part of the experience is that the host was very responsive and helpful when our train from Cardiff was cancelled. Mark helped to problem-solve this part of the journey.

After 4 days of walking the Pembrokeshire coastal path and camping we were delighted to find Ivybridge. At the end of a tough day walking the option of an evening meal was very welcome. It was delicious as was the breakfast. The room was spacious comfortable and quiet. I would definitely recommend this b&b.
