*1/5 stars* "Disappointing last-minute booking Booked this hotel at short notice, but what I walked into was appalling. The room's carpet was filthy, and the entire space reeked. Hairs on the bed and in the bathroom were a huge red flag. The duvet had yellow and black stains, which was unhygienic and unacceptable. Requesting a mattress and bed sheet change was met with indifference - the receptionist didn't bother. Considering the poor state, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Cleanliness is non-negotiable, and this place fell woefully short. Unless they revamp their cleaning standards, I'd advise others to look elsewhere."

It’s the WORST! Absolutely filthy. Extra duvet had a huge stain, hair everywhere. Shower curtains were filthy. Toilet was filthy. Carpets didn’t look clean either. Do we n the corridors were lots of used linen that needed to go to the laundry

這家飯店評價參差不齊。如果能訂到一間維護良好、地段安靜的房間，那就完全夠用了。最近這次入住符合這個條件，但之前幾次入住體驗卻並非如此。 我住的是一樓的房間——我以為飯店政策是把單身女性旅客安排在樓上，但現在可能情況改變了？窗戶沒有鎖，所以雖然只能開一點點，但還是足以讓人把頭伸進去。除此之外，住宿體驗還不錯。和我交談過的員工都很熱情。 我給這家旅館較低的評分是因為位置，因為它位於M3高速公路南行方向的服務區，可能會比較吵。另外，如果你是北行，還得一路折回之前的路口再掉頭，這很惱人。我可能不會再住這裡了。

在高速路服務區內，房價便宜，房間一般。前台這裡有微波爐、餐盤。

There was no room key available so the staff came and open the door for ous

It was good, quick and easy check-in, got everything you need for a quick rest.

The room was tired and the curtains were hanging off. Can’t complain as the price was very cheap. For the price , it was perfectly fine for one night .

I thought the room was large and very well kept, no complaints if you have luggage too and the location is close to some service eateries of the motorway. Quiet night. Great place to park overnight for a stopover

Broken window catch but apart from that all OK

It’s cheap and fine for a sleeping stop - could hear the road all night and people at the services. But for £55 I didn’t expect anything other than what I got… The lady on reception was very welcoming… ⭐️ Had to pay an extra £5 to park.

It was as expected. Staff were nice enough, room was basic, but fine - as expected - the cleaning could have been better but exactly as expected, no frills, no dramas.
