Отель находится возле пляжа Flic en Flac в 5 метрах от кладбища. Очень грязный номер, его в целом не мыли, поменяли только постель. Кухня грязная, везде налет и разводы, чайник воняет так как будто в нем варили сосиски, холодильник грязно воняет. Ужасная ванная комната, настолько грязная грибковая душевая, в ней нельзя мыться. Сломанный держатель для полотенца, нет двери в ванную комнату с туалетом. В номере и самом отеле ужасно пахнет. Очень неприятный запах стоит везде. За этими апартаментами никто не ухаживает, они непригодны для комфортного житья. Сервиса на 2 потому что его в принципе не было, плюс только за приятных девушек на ресепшен при заселении. Не советуем эти апартаменты.

Emplacement idéal proche des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage. Malheureusement cet établissement est très bruyant par la présence au pied de celui-ci d'un bar de plage et les vendredi et samedi d'une discothèque (jusqu'à 3-4h du matin). Ce sont principalement les appartements avec vus mer qui sont concernés. Ils sont très propres et spacieux mais manquent d'équipements tels que cafetière, plaque chauffante, casseroles, plats, ... Il manque aussi des rideaux occultants à la baie vitrée. La piscine, très petite, sans transat et aux centre des bars, n'invite pas à s'y reposer. Bien que le bureau ne soit jamais ouvert (j'y suis restée 7 jours et il était toujours fermé), le responsable, Bipin, très sympathique,répond rapidement au téléphone et est très arrangeant. Je l'ai contacté plusieurs fois à cause des bruits de musique et à chaque fois il a fait le nécessaire.

Nous y avons passé 2 nuits. Logement propre et spacieux, mais très mal équipé : pas de séchoir pour le linge malgré une terrasse immense, pas de plaque de cuisson et très peu d'ustensiles dans la cuisine ( 2 fourchettes , un seul couteau, 2 tasses, 2 verres...) Rien pour accrocher les serviettes dans la SDB. Dommage car il y a vraiment de la place. Sinon c'est insupportable le soir : soirée karaoké jusqu'à 1h du mat, concert, musique à fond... Le son est vraiment très fort c'est comme si on y était, donc autant vous dire qu'on a très mal dormi. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Los apartamentos están muy bien, modernos y limpios, justo enfrente de la playa. Hay un bar y restaurantes justo abajo, así que hay musica hasta las 11am pero no nos molesto nada para dormir. El chico que nos dio la bienvenida fue muy amable.

Oui il manque juste la chaîne mauricienne pour regarder un peu c’est qui ses passe à Île Maurice et un cafetière autrement l’établissement est top 👍

8 days in Flic en Flac I had a great time at O beach studios Everything was as advertised beachfront studio with a lovely terrace The apartment was spacious and located next to bars and restaurants Staff at reception top notch friendly polite and helpful and the cleaning team were always cheerful and happy to assist if anything needed doing . All in all i great place to stay for a first time visit to Mauritius.

Lovely modern studio in an excellent location This studio apartment was spacious and modern and in an excellent location immediately opposite Flic en Flac beach. I found the bed super comfortable although I would have preferred if there was more than just one sheet on the mattress. There was some dripping from a pipe inside the bathroom which was a bit weird as I didn’t know where it was coming from but otherwise I had no issues with the bathroom other than it would have been nice to have warmer water in the shower. The first night that I arrived was a Friday and there was live music which was extremely loud. This was followed by what sounded like a DJ set until like 1-2am. The walls are thin and all the sound travels through even when people are walking around etc so if you’re looking for a quiet spot, this probably isn’t the best place for you, though saying that, it might be alright during the week. To be fair to the property, they do make it clear that there is loud music and more of a party vibe on the weekends.

The property is under construction which was mentioned in a message, but being awoke to loud noises very early in the morning around 7am wasn’t nice. I would also like to mention that parking is very limited which would be fine if people who work there wouldn’t take all the space. We got an email one day that they need their guests park outside of the property but then their employees and workers park there. It was a bit upsetting. The apartment itself is good but there were a few bits which would be very useful to include in the room to make it completed. The drains smelled too. I have to admit that the communication with the office is excellent. They always try their best to help and make your stay comfortable.
