弗林特大布蘭克萬怡酒店(Courtyard Flint Grand Blanc)

Could of been set up better... but still nice... We were only there for the night...

The courtyard was dated. Floor of the pool and spa area was sandy needed to be cleaned. Definitely not up the courtyard standards

1. 整個週末電梯都不工作，我的房間在 2nd Fl Rm 212。 2. 整個週末都沒有向我的房間提供毛巾給我的 212 號房間。 3. 螞蟻和蟲子爬遍了我 212 馬幣的辦公桌上，不得不去前台清潔和噴灑我自己的房間。 4. 我想退還我在 Court Yard Marriott 的這個房間花費的所有錢嗎？ 赫伯河 （773）！ 259-9134

When i arrived i was told that the pool was out of order. No coffee in the room or even available unless you wanted a starbucks coffee for 4.69. The wall paper in the bathroom wall. The room had this musk aroma like it used to be smoked in room smell. Thanks, Woodrow Campbell

I had already paid for the room and was charged again for the room upon arrival. The room had a lampshade that wasn’t even attached correctly, went to go and straighten it and found dust and particles on the lamp base as well. Elevator was dirty, lights didn’t even work for the button to go up. Then being charged a parking fee when there was ample parking space around seems a bit unnecessary. Was not impressed at all and pretty unhappy that my reservation (that I had previously paid for) didn’t come up as already paid. I understand a hold for incidentals but I was told this charge was for the room itself. Wont return or recommend.

We Checked in at 3:15. At the check in time we were informed that we had to pay another $10 to park a car in the hotel parking lot. Which was not in the greatest condition at all. We left the room at 3:45 to head to Ann Arbor for a football game. We got back to our room at 1:00 am in the morning and our luggage was gone. All of our cloths, medications were in the luggage. Called the front desk. They did not know what happened. 7:00am the next morning they found it locked up in their security cage. They believe the cleaning person removed it and put it in the locker. Didn’t even offer to comp the room for all the inconvenience.

Holes in curtains. Peeling paint in bathroom. Water dripping from ceiling in bathroom. Briken coffee maker. Told that this hotel was mainly used for people who travel for wotk.

The bathroom had mold on the tub and shower curtain. The odor in the room was overwhelming. The curtains on the window had many tears and cuts. Room was not stocked with coffee or cups. We only stayed the night because we were tired after driving 600 miles and no refund was offered. On the other hand, the staff was excellent! I cannot say enough about how accommodating the young man at the front desk was.

Simple hotel. Not up to the standards of a Marriott! Charge 10.00 for parking. Several other hotels very near there I will choose next time
