弗林特市中區希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Flint Downtown)

Main complaints are they didn't give me the room I reserved. They gave me a lower grade room for a higher price. I have a service dog but I don't know if that was the reason. Normally I leave him in the car until after checking I but this time I couldn't do to the fact they have no parking there. You either pay valet $20.00 or you have to drive across the street and park there for $5.00. I picked valet but told the guy that it had a handicap permit and he said there was an open spot in the lot attached to hotel. I told him I'd need something out of it later and was assured he'd bring my car up anytime I wanted it as that was included. So later when I went to get what I needed I was told valet went home and I'd have to go get it myself. While come to find out they had taken it across the street and parked it on the 3rd level. They didn't know what level it was on so I had to walk each level pressing the remote constantly. On top of that the elevator doesn't work at the parking structure so someone 71 years old with a service dog for mobility has a bit of a problem with that....anyway as you've probably figured I'm not at all impressed with the hotel.

Amazing stay, the only issue was parking - atleast street parking is free on weekends and we were able to find some!

I was surprised at how clean and welcoming my room was. I wish I needed to stay more than 1 night.

Staff went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome & were happy with our stay. I also highly recommend the breakfast!

This has been an awesome experience the hotel was very clean. The staff extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Ethan and Katie at the front desk were terrific. The housekeeping staff is A1! Shay, Shamere and Sharon thank you. You will find the in-house restaurant Sauce spectacular food you have to try the breakfast potatoes! The restaurant staff are well trained and attentive, special shot out to Julie, Tammy and Dewayne for making me feel special. Overall I'm extremely happy with my stay. If i had to sum it up in one word...Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!!!

It was alright the view was not good. The remote was not working too way hard to turn on and off. I did like the feature on the root top that was really nice.

Front desk attendant was great. Housekeeping staff and Housman were great.The room was clean and comfy. Limited parking options was the only negative but the valet service was excellent.

Spacious and beautifully modern rooms, friendly and professional staff...a wonderful stay!
