Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of free parking. Staff was friendly enough. It's kind of set back out of the way making it a safe, quiet space, but it confused even Google Maps teying to find it! Close to Walmart and plenty of restaurants, easy to get on the highway into Cincinnati. Pool and hot tub area were clean. There are several really nice seating areas outside with fire puts, a grilling/bar area and a tv. Breakfast was great - all the usual contintental stuff plus bacon, eggs, breakfast burrito fixins, etc. Beds were hard in my opinion but that's all just a matter of preference anyway!

Not a great time. At all. Our stay was not good. There were 12 to 15 kids running around the hotel unattended by adults. I called the front desk and complained about them twice and neither time was anything done. My four-year-old got hit in the head twice in the swimming pool by these kids, swimming in their underwear, which were not forced to leave the pool, even though they were under the acceptable age of being alone without adults. These children had trash in the swimming pool, cardboard cups used to toss water at each other that had disintegrated in the water, towels all over the floor. The bathroom had urine all over the floor. It was absolutely unbelievable. When the swimming pool finally closed, I heard a lot of noise outside our door so I opened it and directly across from our door was the gym and seven of those children that we had trouble with in the pool we’re on the same treadmill at one time. That’s when I called the front desk a second time. again, nothing was done. I got no sleep at all bc our room was in first floor by elevator across from gym and pool even tho I requested 2nd floor or higher. Unreal. For $180 it shouldn’t be this way.

Overall good rating. The hair dryer blew the breaker every time it was used. Reported this to the front desk. The couch is extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Breakfast Sunday morning could have been better. Chicken sausage was terrible.

Was a perfect fit for my family. Two bedroom option was a massive upgrade from most hotels we’ve stayed in. Breakfast was great. Hotel was clean

My family booked this property because it was close to Perfect North Slopes, had a pool & hottub for apres ski, and the suite gave us room to spread out. Sadly, the walls are paper thin, particularly the ceiling, which has no insulation from the floor above. It sound like the people above us were stomping like elephants, when in reality, they're probably normal and it was the lack of any sound dampening at all that prevented us from sleeping through the night. Being so close to the airport and hearing the planes depart one after another was miserable, too. Then there were the pillows, which had poly-fill, meant to mimic goose down. They were horrible. I asked more than one person at the desk if there might be another option, such as a foam pillow alternative, but was told both times there was no such option. Finally, the kitchen is an absolute joke. There wasn't even a strainer to make pasta. You could warm yourself a pot of soup, but do not stay here if you actually want to prepare any food. There's really no choice but to order delivery. Beyond the room, the hottub was dirty. (There was a layer of scum on the tile surround and on top of the foam bubbles produced by the jets.) And there were never enough towels for guests. The breakfast was decent and had a good array of options, but this is hardly enough to redeem the property overall. I will not choose this location again.

Good location to explore Cincinnati and Ark Encounter. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was decent.
