Pretty comfortable room. Small kitchen. For me was enough. Renovated room. The gym is small but enough for me. In my opinion nice cozy hotel. Unlike other guests I didn’t hear so much noise. Only at night when someone use the bathroom. Some staff were rude and some was so sweet. I was staying over a week and overall enjoyed my stay

TownePlace was extremely nice. Loved our room, it was so tidy and spacious. The bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast was great. Really enjoyed our time.

The Best You’ve Ever Seen! We stayed here to experience the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum that are about 20 minutes away. It was hands down the best value for a hotel stay that we have experienced as a family, when you consider the amenities, cleanliness, breakfast, newness of the hotel, and price. I highly recommend this hotel to all!

Short stay New hotel but very generic, no carpets or drapes, the kind of room you could clean with a power washer and scweagi, more like a red roof than a Marriot, very loud lobby, terrible parking, but okay for my 6 hour stay to catch a nap

Our room was so awesome and comfy the night before we flew home…so close to the airport and plenty of fantastic restaurants around. The hotel breakfast was delicious! Very modern facility and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be back!

Overall satisfied Friendly staff, overall it was a clean hotel. The pull out sofa wasn't comfortable and rather small and we had to kill a couple of spiders in the bedroom but location is perfect for shopping and food. It’s also a Great location if you plan on going to the ****** next to it. The target was also located beside it so that was a plus! Would stay there again
