凱藝酒店(Quality Inn Florence)

I booked this property as a halfway point for a road trip. We checked in at 9:30 on a Friday evening and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfy! I was very happy to see that you needed a room key to even enter the building with the rooms and that the doors opened into a secure hallway. Breakfast was included in the price and had a good selection of items. All of the staff were very friendly and had great advice on things to check out nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The floor appeared not to have been swept as well as the bathroom floor. The bed was clean and comfortable. The front desk check-in was extremely nice and helpful.

This was definitely one of the nicest Quality Inn we have ever stayed. We will stay here again.

I found the room to be clean, comfortable and economical. The location was convenient and staff was great.

Lighting in the parking lot felt unsafe for the rooms being in a building in the back without an elevator. A lot of men with alcohol hanging in the area with poor lighting. Trash overflowed near entry to the building in the back

Easy to find with quick check in/out. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast-eggs, sausage, cereal, breads, yogurt, coffee, waffles. Staff was friendly.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately, the air conditioner sounded like a jet taking off in the room everytime it kicked on.
