Great stay , very clean , great service , everything was just great about this stay ! Will definitely be coming back …

I selected this hotel because it was a Hilton! First we arrived the front desk clerk was busy speaking with a friend before i had to get his attention! Key card handed to me no mention of breakfast(which is not included) or other amenities! The bathroom had a large amount of mold around base of shower! Shower floor was slippery from lack of non skid! One little bar of soap! Towels stored on shelf in shower! Toilet made the most awful load noise when flushed! Television did not work no signal. Keurig machine did not work!! Very dissatisfied!

Toilet was not flushing due to chain not attached to handle. This was fixed by husband. One of the lights in the bathroom was out. Sheets from previous guest were left on the sofa bed with blood stains. Three time in the middle of the night fire alarms were sounding. No overhead communication to guest that this was a false alarms. Staying on the 5th floor with a 7 month and a 8 year to take the stairs in the middle of the night was not pleasurable. No safety measures (hallway monitors) were put in place knowing that the fire alarm was not functioning. Staff at the front desk when shared our dissatisfaction were not courtesy. When asked about a manager non available but she said she was a supervisor ( black young lady with long unprofessional nails) she did however send for the housekeeping supervisor to listen to the concern. Further, no compensation given? Free breakfast etc? This visit was the worst in all my years at a Hilton.

worced Hilton stay ever, smelly rooms, uncomfortable beds, breakfast area first a fall dirty and extremely unorganized not talking about the food quality. I really know they get to this review score, but it definitely is not a stay worth!!

This property is way past due for a refresh and in my option, does not live up to the brand quality that Hilton Garden Inn are know for. There are many other choices for hotels that are new or almost new. Do yourself a favor and pick another property.

Comfortable stop on a journey N/S on I95. This is your typical property - though I must say the dining offered in the evening for tired travelers was fantastic! No need to pile back in the car. The food was typical pub grub, but well done, served quickly and hot. The staff at this facility was top notch - very pleasant, efficient and made coming in to stay a relief from the road. Cannot say enough good things about the staff from reception, to the bar, to the ordering, and lets not forget the kitchen! Very well done all!

As a Hilton Diamond status we receive a breakfast credit per person. We ordered two eggs, our style, and grabbed our breakfast meat and English muffin from the buffet. We were charged the buffet up charge of five dollars per person because we served ourselves. Even though it’s the same breakfast, five dollars cheaper on the menu. This is very contrary to how other Hilton Garden Inns operate. as Diamond members, we stay enough nights to know. Live and learn.

The room was large and clean. Heard another room's plumbing running all night. Staff was ok. Bartender was less than friendly when we just asked for two bottled beers. Everything was an extra charge. Close to the interstate but we've had better stays.
