Very Boujee! Rooms are a little small but our balcony was good size. The location of this hotel is a little outside of all of the attractions and have to walk anywhere from 10-20 mins to everything. Neighborhood is a little ummm.. sketchy. You actually have keys to the room which was pretty cool. Beds are horrible and had to ask for more of a pillow too for the bed. Pillows are horrible as well. But what are you to do! The bar is amazing and they bring you all sorts of snacks with drinks! Beautiful property!

My husband and I spent 5 days at the Sina Villa Medici from October 21 to 27, 2023. I had contacted the GM, Mr Pane prior to our visit to let him know I had read some great reviews about his hotel. I was not disappointed. Everything from our room to the little chocolate cake and champagne to celebrate our anniversary to the wonderful staff was amazing!

This hotel is very dated. They have issues in front of the hotel with drunks and you to walk through some uncomfortable streets from a security perspective to get there, especially at night. They even mismanaged our reservation and total charges through our BonVoy program and wouldn’t fix it. So many better options in Florence that are safer, cleaner and more convenient. Really regret staying there with the family.

Such a wonderful stay. Made special by all. Shout out to Paola Nencini Head Concierge. And General manager Fernando. And our favorite night manager Vincenzo who made everything perfect at stressful times. My group felt at home and there is nothing more important on a summer vacation. We will return

Ottimo hotel, colazione eccelsa, personale super attento, sorridente e attento al cliente. Bianca e Mattia sono stati bravissimi nel rendere il nostro soggiorno più gradevole. Solo un piccolo suggerimento..la struttura andrebbe leggeremente rimodellata, magari modernizzando un po’ di più le camere, ma nel complesso ottimo hotel. Sicuramente torneremo! Grazie mille

Service was excellent (they even remembered a special occasion we were celebrating). Our room was large, comfortable, and with a pleasant view. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Marriott elite members receive special treatment. The hotel is about 4-5 blocks from the main train station which is convenient for persons wishing to make Florence a base for exploring nearby towns. It is a 20 minute walk to the Uffizi Gallery and near the city's most important attractions.

I had been to Florence once before, in Nov 2000, and spent four nights there in Nov 2023, staying at the Sina Villa Medici. I'm a Marriott Titanium Elite and decided to try this Autograph property. My stay was terrific. The hotel is elegant, very quiet, beautifully maintained, and with a very helpful and friendly staff. My room was impeccably clean, comfortable (king bed), and quiet. Teh breakfast buffet was very good and extensive. This hotel is about a 13 minute walk to the Duomo, and one can walk here easily from the main train station in about 11 minutes. I enjoyed being in a much quieter location than staying near the Duomo, and the extra walking made it easy to eat more for dinner. I look forward to staying here again.

Great service and very friendly staff. Ideal location for business or pleasure. With two stays this fall for business and pleasure, this is our new favorite hotel in Florence. Great food and atmosphere. Guest Relations manager Giorgia is fantastic!
