定了河景套房，圖片上有陽台。入住的房間沒有陽台。前台説要提前打電話確認，有陽台的房間不多，建議攜程要在頁面上説清楚。
酒店的位置不錯，房間衞生間和用品衹有四星水平，大堂有點特色。早餐選擇少，品質四星

雖然是佛羅倫薩最好酒店之一，硬件跟國內五星比差太多了。。。勝在歷史悠久，有文化底藴，服務很細緻（房間免費紅酒，堅果）。但五位數的價格感覺還是交了智商税🤣

Everything was good. Love the architecture. Staffs are amazing. But, the heater and water pipes make noise. The room is a little small. The location is a little far from tourist’s spots.

We were in higher end room with a butler we did not request. Room was large and gorgeous decorated in classic Tuscan motif. Wonderful view of river. Walking distance to almost everything. Worth the money
