亞歷珊德拉住宅酒店(Residenza Alessandra)

Lo mejor la ubicación. Está justo por detrás del ponte Vecchio, a escasos 10 min andando del Duomo. Puedes moverte cómodamente por el centro sin necesidad de transporte. En relación al estado del edificio en el que se encuentra el apartamento deja mucho que desear, está sucio y descuidado. El apartamento en sí estaba aceptable a simple vista. La cama de matrimonio estaba compuesta por dos colchones de 90 cm juntos que hacían imposible dormir en la parte central, era bastante incómodo. El baño la limpieza era escasa, encontramos restos de pelos en la ducha. En resumen, buena ubicación pero el apartamento con muchas cosas a mejorar.

This is a a jewel in the heart of Florence. Super clean, attention to detail in the room. Well maintained and the staff take pride in ensuring their clients are taken care of from specific parking instructions to leaving the city. The location is amazingly convenient. I would highly recommend. Best stay and experience in Italy - excellent value for money. Please know that Florence is a difficult city to access by car - the hotel will help guide you prior to arrival - parking will be at a separate garage that you need to pay for - 40 euros per day Garage Della Terme - excellent service and book on line. The peace of mind and minimization of stress will be worth it. Thank you Residenza Alessandra !

Staff was so friendly and helpful! The location was great. The room was large and open. We had no problems at this hotel and would stay there again.

We had the best experience at Residenza Alessandra! It is in a great location within Florence - close to the Arno river, tourist spots, and great shopping. There was plenty of space within the room, bathroom, and loft above. The hospitality was great and every one was so kind to help us - including local dinner recommendations! We can't recommend this place enough!

This is a fantastic property - especially for a family. It is well appointed and has a great use of space. It is in a terrific location. The staff was wonderful. It is a great mix of modern convenience and old world charm. Photos online do not do the property justice. Far better in person. Would definitely highly recommend and will book again when we return to Florence. Have already recommended to friends planning a trip.

It is a beautifully appointed apar**ent in a street off the main “*****” in Florence. Very close to the Ponte Vecchio, and easy walking to all other sites. It’s in an extremely old building (I think they said 16th century). Definitely recommend it. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, bellissimo!!

The staff here are amazing. Andre, Monte and Lorenzo(?) were super friendly. The hotel was in a great location to all sight seeing and restaurants. It was clean and spacious. We will stay here for sure, if we are back in Florence.
